Survey scam,wanting personal info

Got call from this number, did not answer, caller left no message on voicemail.
I don't know anyone in the state of New York, nor do I have any personal business dealings with anyone in the state of New York. I am over a thousand miles away in another state.

Selling free Medicare products scam. Back braces, knee braces, etc.

Its so boring...thinking that I will answer the phone...LOL

Received a call from telephone number (518)-312-4906.  Caller ID just gave the telephone number and ALBANY NY.  No name.  Whoever they are, they did not leave a message.  A little later I rang them back.  There was no ring at all and after several minutes, a beeping sound came on the line like the sound one hears for a busy signal.  I rang back a second time, and the very same prevailed.  I believe these people are somehow securing the landline numbers of senior citizens.  How, I do not know, but I suspect that Medicare is giving out these numbers because they feel we need back braces, medical alert systems, etc.  If they are giving out the telephone number of senior citizens because they feel this is somehow helpful, they had better stop.

"Ring, ring"  Picked up.  i said the last 4 digits of my phone number instad of saying "hello."  Nothing, then the scumbag sicko deviant freak hung up.  In my case they're just harassing the public. So, what am I doing?  Using Call Blocker plus, i'm gonna block the 518 area code for which I have no use for.

Caller will not identify organization

called first thing this morning and asked for my dad saying they were some senior organization (don't remember what she said).  Told them they had a wrong number.

Received this call 7/15/16. Claimed they were Officer Brianna Scott, with the Treasury Dept. Claiming tax fraud that I could settle in small claims court. I was surprised a name was given. It was not a real person but a cheap imitation,
