This called called Shawn White called me and asked for a name that was not my last name so I totally chewed him out ans told him to stop calling me or I would report him.  Then he called back today ans I was not by my phone and said he was a District attorney and I would be arrested at my mailing address.  What an idiot.  What if I had a PO BOX...ooo..scary.  I have reported it to the FTC and am calling my local sheriff today.  The line rtaces back to Schenectady, NY so when I looked up the DA info there it is not even close to this number nor the name of the DA there.  Be careful!!

I got the same kind of call you all did the guy told me I was going to be arrested with in an hour but could not really tell me why he was on a cell phone that was breaking up when I checked his number I found out he was a feaud and was not even a lawyer like he said he was the only thing is they have my name listed on thier web site and i want it removed i plan on calling the ftc tomorrow and report this if i have to i will get my number changed get it unlisted to stop them from calling they call like 15 times a day and hang up i let my answering machine plck it up they leave no message if they do leave a message they very rude and nasty. i am very upset about this and i want everyone to know these guys are out to get your money and dont care what they say to get it i have ben getting these calls for about 6-7 months well every be ware of these idiots they will get theres if everyone sticks together just say no  and report them

i jus got a call from this guy and i called back and he kept asking my name and i wouldnt tell him...he said mystery court attorney office...on the message he left he said i would go to jail smh...he tried to transfer the call but i hung up and looked up the number...im glad i did and i feel sorry for all of you who were scammed...this is horrible

I received a call from a man named Robin Miller, he said he was with the FCI and I owed 1400.00 dollars.  He said I will be put in jail and my job will be notified and I will lose my job.  I was scared as hell.  I was crying, he then said I could pay 350.00 in the next hour and he would put a hold on my file and I would not be arrested.  He said I would have to go to western union or get a green dot money pack then call him back.  I said ok.  I got off the ohone and was scared as hell. Called my fiance and he said it was a scam and to not wire money.  Called a lawyer for advice said never wire money to anyone you know and it was a scam.  I also asked the guy if I could pay by check he gave some long excuse why I could not and would not tell me the names of the people i owed money too.  These people are jerks.  Don't know hoe they got my info but they did.  His name was Robin Miller number 4246722205
Spoke Broken English sound like he was Indian or something like tht.  Has anyone got a call from him.  Also a girl called me before him with the same accent.  Its funny because when they answer your call they just say hello, nothing else they then say they are from the Hotline Investigation.  My fiance called them and yelled at them and asked to speak to a manager but would not put one on.  Be careful.

I just got a call from this number,

And left me a voice mail, the first seconds were distorted, he had an Asian accent that sounded like possibly Korean. He claimed he was free the IRS, who I did actually call yesterday at the #800-829-1049, after waiting for at least 30 minutes to talk to a real person this man answered and he was so drunk he couldn't even work his computer!! Their were brief moments of coherent thought where he sounded like an old white son of a somebody, only by his arrogance, voice, and my ability to interpret drunk and translate it to failed politician. Anyway, I was on the phone with him for about 20 minutes and to make a long story short he was OBVIOUSLY as drunk as drunk gets without passing out!! It was crazy!!  And now the today the very next day Sean White calls claiming to be from the IRS!?!? Nope. Something is up because that 800 number is a legit number for the USIRS! I don't know about you but I don't feel very "secure" with my nations level of professionalism and as quick as those people will put you in jail. THEY SHOULD BE MORE MATURE THAN A 12 YEAR OLD GETTING WAISTED AND MAKING PRANK CALLS! What the hell IRS!? And I have yet to read a comment that has a follow up remark about any kind of action or results!!! What the hell FBI?!? So what now? Call that ridiculous automated hotline for the IRS and hope whoever is working today is just a smack junkie and can at least function in between nodding out every few mins????? I am very disappointed in our nation today. I called back immediately and got an automated message saying "press 1 to leave a voice mail, press star for(something I can't remember) I left a voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction and after that i called back and the line was dead, or off the hook--booop booop. You get it, irrelevant. Apparently everything I've said so far is!!! If not, who is it that cares other than fellow citizens at the complete mercy of the country we live in, love, and are loyal to the death to, so looking at it that way lol I mean why am I even surprised that its all a big joke!? Lol I actually thought........ Ha, I mean just cuz I could be thrown in jail for tearing the tag off a pillowcase doesn't mean I can assume that is an indication of how tight security is. I got a message from this same number stating he is from IRS, he said I could resolve the matter on the phone, but the conditions that applied were: "dont hang up put the phone in ur pocket keep it on and walk down to nearest bank and withdraw 2850 in cash and tell me, wait for next instruction how to do the transaction". SOB knew my house address, my full name and visa status. He addressed himself as Gerry Gordon from IRS officer number 21019.... I dont know if I should report this.
