This number is posted on batterystyle.com & other similar type laptop accesories websites. On the surface they look legitimate. However, they are far from legitimate. Zhang Yancai & "Cathy" (yeah right, there is no Cathy) have had no e-mail communication with us since the purchase date of 2 weeks ago, and the customer service number always answers on the 2nd ring with a strange accent (sounds Russian or other European) saying that they are not available. 518-632-4865 is just a number to make them look legitimate. This is a reminder to myself & to everybody reading this post, that we all must do a search online (Example: batterystyle.com reviews complaints) prior to trusting an online merchant. Hopefully we will get this resolved with our Credit Card Company. I hope at least one person out there has read this post & then decided not to order from these scam artists. I have already posted this above review in an appropriate reviews forum, but it is my goal to increase awareness of these con-artists by posting their number here as well. Buyer Beware!

Battery Century is another website also he has.  Purchased a product and he keeps telling me its been shipped, 2 weeks later no product.  But they keep my money!   I learn not to deal with China, but I didn't realize when I order this product I was dealing with someone from another country, didn't state on website.  Yes my emails have been from Cathy also.  Stay clear of batterycentury.com also, he has numerous websites.  Buyer Beware!

They set me the wrong part. The part was falsely represented on their web site. I paid $25 extra for expedited shipping (3-5 days) and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I got an RMA to return the misrepresented part and months later, after contacting them repeatedly, they advice me that I will be charged $12 for shipping AND a %15 restocking fee. How can they do this? I already paid for shipping both ways AND they sent a different part than I ordered.

I have been waiting for the refund for over 8 months now and still have not received one. The only reply emails I receive either state that they will charge me by sending only a partial refund or that they will send me the refund 'asap' .... the last 'asap' reply from 'batterycentury' was over 2 months ago.

I know that this post is several years old but just to the new(er) customers out there that might consider purchasing from this website. If you've had any problems - and paid through your cc or paypal - you may want to consider reporting a complaint to the cc company and/or paypal. I'm sure the cc company would look into your case but remember you only have so many days (45 days I think) from your purchase date. Feel free to correct me or enlighten us with your valuable opinion
