This number keeps harassing my phone..

Got a call from this number.  Not sure if it is real or fake..? Also called my job?  Not sure going to investigate further.

Me too! They called my cell and my work number. Saying I'm fraud with banks. What the hell? I dont even HAVE a bank account!

Got a call that they are from Investigating department of Banking and financial law and I should call and enter x 1303. This all make no sense to me

This number called my work number...telling me that I have a warrant due to a bank fraud.

I have had many calls from many different numbers all saying the same thing.  All from middle eastern accents.  Usually they have one standard message where they say "the second u receive this message I need u or ure attorney to call me...blah, blah.  Now yesterday from this number from Albany, NY tells me I have a warrant out for my arrest.  I answered and he wanted to make me wait for his attorney?  Really?  An arrest warrant from NY, when I live in Florida?  They call from ALL different locations.  I think its such a scam, but they call my work as well. Oh, and btw...I think this is from some of the payday loans that I got before I filed bankruptcy!

There are other numbers they call from.  I have read many posts about these people, including arrest warrants.  I think its a scam.  I have an arrest warrant apparently from NY.  I live in Florida!!

I received a call for my niece (at my home #) stating that she had a warrent for bank fraud and for her or her lawyer to call at once.  Indian accent and had the last 4 of her SS#.  Tipped me off when he said "Have a nice day" at the end.

You owe $600, that was deposited into your bank account for a pay day loan. Says my wages would be garnished and I would lose my job. Said I had 48 hours to take of this.  Man ha a foreign accent and said his name was james king.

I received two phone calls today from this guy who claims to be Rehin Walker. Left me two voicemails telling me that I owe them money blah blah blah. He left a number for me to call him back so I did because I know about these scams that these idiots are doing. So I called him out on the scam. I told him point blank to stop harassing people and that we all know what they are doing. He basically just laughed and said "well if you know this is a scam, why did you call me"? So I told him that I called because I am getting sick and tired of these nonsense fake phone calls. Every week I am getting calls from these people telling me that I owe them money when I know I don't. I told him to leave innocent people alone already and that one day he is going to end up in prison for what he is doing.

These people callin telling me I owe money for a loan I never received it was supposed to b deposited in my bank account I guess they forgot the bank makes statements! Call from James King , Alen Garto ext. 954

If you receive a call from this number 518-649-8200 or any other number requesting information about you or your debt to an unknown source exp. Cash Advance America. Do not I repeat do not give your SS# even if they have it deny that it is your correct SS# and you do the question asking at all times. Never give your SS# over the phone. They will try to make you think they are a legit company. This is a scam to get you to send your money overseas and once you do that you will never see it again. Think before you speak.

I got a call from them too saying that I will be arrested, middle eastern accent too. I asked my bus law professor if that could happen she said no. The man said that a constable would come to my home and arrest me...extradite me to NY to stand trial... I live in Texas. When I called him back furious (once my professor enlightened me) he tried to back peddle. Stating that when a contable came he wouldn't arrest me.. he would take me into custody? seriously..then fly me on a plane to new york to stand trial.. ugh! What the hell?
