Got a couple calls from this number today. As I went to call it back, the Indian sounding man said he needed to speak to my husband. I politely asked who they were, he wouldn't say. I said he was at work, but if he could say who he is I may be able to help. He started yelling at me saying I was lying. I told him to not call here again so he went and continued insulting me and ended with saying he didn't care if I was his wife or his prostitute that he will get a hold of him. I immediently hung up and called my phone provider and blocked this number. Don't give them any info, their not legitament. If you have applied for any type of loan online, they probably buy your info. They are scams!!! Don't be a victim!!

My boss got this call today and he said there was an indian guy by the name of Kevin Walker!!!! Are you kidding me???? I just laughed and said to my boss, its a scam! they're just trying to get my info I"ve had these calls before. Do not give them your info if you get a call like this, besides, the name gives it away, jejeje

Received a call on January 10, 2013 from an indian guy saying that he worked for a law firm and that someone was pressing charges against me. I automatically knew it was a scam because if that were happening I would have gotten served. He called me a grand total of 4 times within an hour harassing me constantly. The following day I received another phone call from the same guy with the same story. I told him that I was pressing charges against him for harassing me and I hung up. He called me a total of about 2 or 3 times that day, consecutively too. After the final call, I called my local police department and filed a complaint. He calls me again on January 24, 2013 with the same story and his name is Kevin Walker. All he did was say that I was lying when he gave me the false information that he had and threatened to have me arrested if I didn't pay this supposed load that I never applied for. He called me about 3 consecutive times. I then called the police officer that took down my statement the first time and told him that he's calling me again. He then calls me the next day, twice, saying the same things. This guy has got a pair!!! Don't believe anything he says! Don't give him any information or money! I now have my provider involved and they are going after this guy. I've decided that now I'm going to start calling him and harassing him and see how he likes it! P.O.S.! Call this number: 518-712-9348 and ask for Kevin Walker and start giving him heck!!!

They have called my place of work 7 times today- over and over. It is a scam.

I got a call from this number (yes, Indian)telling me he had a case against me, if I wanted to resolve it today. In my case, I didn't have a caller ID to see where he was calling from, so I asked for his number for me to call back. the dumb [***] gave me the number, but as soon as I hung up he called back saying i was supposed to call him back but I didn't. I kept dialing the number just to see who would answer, but all I got was a busy tone.

A man called here 75 times today.  He was asking for an employee who doesn't work here.  He said, "Look idiot lady, I want to speak with him, and I won't stop calling until I talk to him."  I told him that he could call him on his cell phone, and then gave him the phone number of the local police. haha!

My friend called him last night and gave him a hard time about a bill that he owed, then she told him that he was calling one of her clients, and got him good and confused!  I intend to call him a few more times.

This Indian man called me today at work...again!!!! This time he called here 8 times!!!! Said he was from DFF Investigations and that the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT was suing me!!!! He transferred me to his "supervisor" Casper Watson (it was the same guy!).  He called me last week saying he was from a law firm and that I was going to be arrested.  I filed a complaint with the FTC. I will be filing another today.

My story is the same as everyone else's. He calls with the name Kevin Walker, gives you a phone number to call and then picks up using the second name. He doesn't try changing his voice. He tells you a bunch of personal info to make it seem legit. He threatens to have the cops come and get you if you don't do what he wants which, in my case, is pay off a loan that doen't exist.

Indian-sounding man called at least 20 times in a row.  We told him this is a place of business and we need more information about why he is calling.  I told him I was going to call the police and he said go ahead.  He swore at everyone that he spoke to.  He said his name was William Carter and told us to call the 518-712-9348 number.  But it did sound like the same man when we called that number.

I have been harrassed by this phone number since last week. The indian man says I owe money to a loan company, which I do not,  and they will file 3 charges on me if I don't put my payment on a green dot money pack card. They have since started calling my place of business. They call repeatedly 20-30 times in a row. Now they have started saying vulger and obscene things to me and any coworker who answers the phone. Help! how do I get them to stop! and I want to press charges on them for making my life a living hell every time the phone rings.

I have a Kevin Walker that keeps calling me at my job.  It's sad that he can get away with this and there is nothing we can do.

This s.o.b. keep callinge me and my work Office,and the stupid guy doesnt speak English! And left his number to call him back at my office,when I called I just got a busy signal how u block a number when is unknown?

Receiving calls from 518-712-9348 in regards to an employees supposed debt.  Instead of going by Kevin Walker, the Indian guy goes by either Antonio Williams or Rock Jones (yeah, right!).  Calls our company business lines in continuous blocks of time and is rude, vulgar, disrespectful and threatens that these calls will never stop!  Called the phone company, working on putting a block on the number but had to get a police report.  Police officer called the number and got the same run around and was hung up on.  Even after this, he continues to call our line...

Just wondering if you had any luck with calling and tying up his line?  I don't know that it's working since he's called our office at least 50 times today!

My place of business has been called by this number asking to speak with one of our employees who is not working today. William Carter has called us non-stop since 8:30am (3 hrs). We informed him that we knew he was a scam & that we were reporting him.

We gave him the local police station number to call as well, however he just called right back.

Best method we have found is to just hand up on him when he asked for the empolyee.
We are also filing a complaint the IC3 govement site.

I have been receiving calls from another number which did not appear on my caller id, when i picked up it was an indian man by the name of Mike O'Daniel and he stated he was calling to collect a debt and that i needed to call this number 518-712-9348 when i called the number it was another indian man who sounded the same as the one who called earlier however in my case he stated his name was Clayton Peterson.  He stated that he worked with a Law Firm and that he was collecting a debt.  He stated I owed a company 300 dollars and that with the interest i now owe 500 and i need to pay it immediately if not i will go to jail, once i heard that i knew it was a scam.  I asked him to provide me with the details as to when these funds were given to me and he was not able to.  He became very annoyed with me and told me to pay the debt now or that i will be going to jail in 3 days.  i told him not to call my number again and that is when he became very rude and blurting obscenities.  So if you ever see this number don't even bother picking it up!!!! SCAMMERS
