That's all it says when I call back. Funny, how it's from upstate New York, though........I know some people up there, but they would *NEVER* call me. (They hate me, and I them. ;-)

Nevermind-they left a voice mail-it's "Loanthatmoney.com" saying that I recently applied for a payday loan through them. They wanted me to go to their website and type in some approval code so I could get my "gold level standard" of pre-approved pay day loan! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!

Robocall recorded message saying I recently applied for a Pay Day loan (I didn't) and here I was pre-approved.  I hung up.

I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number, and they left no message.

Left message offering a payday loan, just blocked this number.

Received a call from this# as well last week; didn't recognize the #, and I do not know anyone in NY; same kind of VM was left.  I haven't applied for any loans online; tired of these kinds of calls.  # will be reported and blocked.........

Caller id just said "Albany NY".  Robocall saying "Congratulations, you recently applied for a payday loan...".  The "good" news I was approved.  The bad news is this is just a scam, probably to either collect my account numbers or the data they need for identity theft.

I am retired now, but in all my years of working I have never applied for a payday loan or anything remotely similar to such a loan.  This call falls into the same category as those ones offering to reduce the interest rate on my credit cards: Scams.

My call was identical, that my recent application had been approved but it was from347-990-2376.  I found them on the a website and emailed them saying that I had not applied and if some one has it is fraudulent and they have herby been notified that it is fraudulent and any money loaned out is at their own risk and that I will not be responsible and if there truly is a loan application I should be notified immediately, then reminded them if this is simply a telemarketing call, that I am on a do not call list. For my records, I then photographed the message before sending it.
