Calls, no message. I will block.

This is in caps because i am so absolutely fed up with these robo scammer garbage intrusive calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had just almost gotten two very tired cranky babies to sleep last night at 8:30 pm and this call started ringing on my cell, work the babies up and all hell broke loose for hours.Government and politicians insert themselves into so much of our private lives to "protect" us why oh why can't they stop these calls. I must have over 300 numbers blocked on my cell. And i never answer, why do they keep coming??????
