This a collection Agency...CBV COLLECTIONS...They buy old debts that are past the 2 year window for taking court action, do not answer, do not talk to, and never,ever, admit to a debt that is no longer legally enforcable.

You're funny. What on earth makes you think I'm a collection agent? Just because I pointed out that Donny is clueless about debt collection? Then again, you're clearly just as clueless with your "money that is no longer legally owed" so I'm not surprised. Debts don't simply just go away. You may not be able to be taken to court for it but that doesn't mean it's not still owed.
