get this call every few days...no one there when I answer

I got this number calling several times and would not answer. I finally answered it because they did not stop trying to reach me. It turned out to be a survey for College Pro asking how I liked the work they recently did. Conversation was on about 1 min and no one was trying to sell me anything.

keeps comming up on caller id.....i did answer the call once and caller asked for someone not at my address (a wrong # i assumed) but keeps comming up on my caller id

This number keeps showing up on my caller ID at home, all hours of the day and night, but no name.  I haven't answered it, because I don't know anyone in that area code.  They never leave a message on my answering machine.  Now they are calling my cell phone and did not leave a voice mail there either

Comes up as an Ontario number.

i also get a call from this number every few days.  I have never answered and they have never left a message.  How do I get off their "list"?

This is a third party company that is contracted through numerous franchises.  they call when yuo had a recent job completed. ex. painting etc... these surveryors are paid by the company they represent.  All it is, companies wanting to know how their business did and what they can do to be better.

This number registered on my cell several days over about 2 weeks... finally answered today, it was a follow-up survey for California Closets on an install I recently had at my home.... 3 short questions and like noted above, no more than 1 minute.

Had 2 calls so far ... and now know to expect more.  :(

yup, basically they are hired by franchises to contact customers for them, like erin said. However, even though they might just call you to know if you appreciated the job done, they WILL call you several other times to sell their products (repeat purchases). Franchises do receive the list of clients (phone number, address, name, what they bought/ got info. on), so you will get calls, each year.

Got alot of calls from this number so I called it back - it's a company called TLS Connecting Services in Ontario, Canada.  It's a freakin' telemarketing company!!! Thats why they don't leave messages.  oh, so next time they call answer it and tell them your on the donot call list.

Call keeps showing up on my cell phone with Name Unknown.  I never hear when it rings, and when I try to call it back, the circuits are always busy.  I have no idea who this is, and they wont stop calling.  I have more than a dozen calls from them in the past few weeks.  Calls at different times of the day and night.  It is weird that I never hear it ring...

Same here - indeed I had a crappy paint job done few weeks ago and now on top of it I'm getting phone spam.

Repeat calls, no messages.  They called my cell phone, and when I didn't answer, it immediately rang at my work number. Very annoying.  Just added them to my "rejected" list on my cell phone, but I don't expect the calls to stop, unfortunately.

We just received a voice-mail from a live person (did not initially pick it up since we didn't recognize the inbound number).  The woman stated she was calling to follow-up our recent hiring of CertaPro Painters, and politely asked if we could call back their toll-free number at our convenience to rate the work.  Since we felt the CertaPro team did a good job, we will probably call the number to respond.
