Answered the phone and they asked for someone other than myself regarding TD credit cards. Gave her name as Becky. She wanted to know if there was a better time to reach this other person. The other person has nothing to do with my phone number. Said she called back at another time.

She said my wife`s name and wanted to talk with her, saying that she is calling from TD Credit Card Dept. When I said she is not available now, she said "oh nothing urgent nothing important. I can call later". I just wonder how they can obtain my phone number, my wife`s name, etc.
