Can any one find out why this company is I have reported them many times but number still showing up on my phone  2 times today  7 or 8 times in the last week

They call me at home everyday twice a day and late at night, I have asked them to stop calling me and I have told them that I am NOT interested in their surveys, the first time I answered ( at 9:30 PM) the woman was very pushy and kept asking me " why? why aren't you interested? I was being polite and asked her repeatedly to stop calling me but she kept interrupting me with " why? Why aren't you interested? until I just hung up. More calls followed twice a day every day until I picked up again and asked them once again to please stop calling me yet they wont stop.  I have called my telephone company and I have blocked the number.

Pay better attention to who you share your phone number with. If you do survey sites and things like that and CONSENT to them calling, then don't be surprised when they call.

You're one of several who has insinuated that it's somehow our fault that we've been receiving these bothersome phone calls.  I don't mind telling you that it is rather insulting.

I live alone.  My number is unlisted.  I do not do surveys (online, by phone, or otherwise).  So, how is this my fault?

Next time, don't be in such a rush to blame the victims.

I got two phone calls from this number today.  He said he was from a company called TNS that conducts surveys for TD bank on their customer service, and the survey takes about 10 minutes.  who has 10 minutes to do a stupid survey.  if the customer service was bad, i would let them know, and i wouldn't keep going back

I got a phone call from this number on July 4, 2011 at 5.00 p.m. . She said she was from a company called ..... that conducts surveys for TD bank on behalf of their customer service and we had a conversation for 10 min. she asked about the banks I have account with, and the type of accounts and the percentage of using their service with regard to the total of 100 for 3 banks I am dealing with.

This number called, i asked to be taken off their list as our house is registered on the DNC and we do not accept unsolicited surveys or sales calls. She said "we don't have a list, we are a legitimate company" I asked again to take me off their marketing lists, she refused. I told her i was not interested in participating in any surveys, she got rude and snarky. I don't mind calls, but when i ask.. TAKE ME OFF YOUR LISTS!  Fighting me will absolutely not make me like you more!

I just got another call from these people. I called the number back (first I checked where I was calling - southern ontario). There was an option to press 1 and they say they will remove your name. BUT... the guy I talked to basically laughed at me when I asked him to remove my name. [***]

Just like everybody else I've been getting the same calls several times per week. The cat must've caught their tongue because they never leave any messages, so it is a total waste of time for them since we don't answer the phone to people we don't know! We have what my Dad calls the "Berlin Wall" which is the trusty answering machine, and no one is getting through that defence unless they say something first! Moo ha ha....

We have experienced a lot of calls through out the whole day, all of them are sales promotions, donations, surveys etc. The way we deal with these calls are simple, let the answering machine to do the job if it is important and they shall leave message. We also tell our friends and relatives that we would not answer call that we do not recognize, we will pick up the hand set during the message recording if we reconize the callers.

There is no need to be upset, calls without leaving message meaning it has nothing to do with you, you have nothing to loss. I can see there is no way to stop this at the present moment.

They me 2 to 3 times a day, & that's after I've asked them not to call.

Same as above. Get multiple calls from this number (I never answer), and they never leave a message. Annoying. Very annoying. Like every other number from similar 'research'/survey firms that I don't answer.

Received a call from this number. Said I wasn't interested. The woman got pushy "May I ask why" etc. Not so much words but tone was aggressive. I hung up and blocked the number. The only appropriate and ethical response for the caller was to say 'thank you' and hang up. I can't be convinced, and anyone who could be convinced in this mildly bullying way could be vulnerable in which case it's wrong to take advantage of them. Obviously not a good company and/or they need to train their staff.

Sometimes I particip[ate in surveys because I received good service and want to complement the service provider -I don't recall ever indicating that I want a third party to call my home.

519 area code probably london, ontario (southwestern ontario for sure)  i live in mississauga.  woman "said" she was calling from TNS and would like me to answer a survey.  all i did was hang up!  why do people feel like they owe these telemarketers  or anyone else who's making unsolicited calls any explanation whatsover???  i don't get it.  just hang up.  don't engage!  especially if you put yourself on the DNC list. you do not owe them a thing!  not your time, not your courtesy, not your consideration not an explanation.  you owe them NOTHING!!!!

Yep, they call about a survey. Told them I'm on the DNCL and I don't like sales people calling me. He said they are not telemarketers, they just do a survey so they are not covered under the DNCL. I then ask to be taken off their list. If they call again, I'll let the CRTC know. When you ask to be removed from their calling list, the companies should not call you back. How on earth do we stop these [***]? This is at least the fifth day in a row that they have called me? I keep complaining to the CRTC about them but nothing happens!
