It's from a collection company.  Aktiv Capital.

No caller ID. Didn't answer. No message. Blocked number.

The number is listed to Tatra Trade Company, in London, Ont. My attempt to load their website www.tatratrade.ca returned "server not found". It is highly unlikely Tatra is telemarketing prayer mats for Muslims all over Canada. And even if they were, I'm on the national "Do Not Call" list so it is illegal for telemarketers to call me.

If it is Activ Kapital, their real number local number is 519-432-0075, also in London and they have either spoofed the outgoing number or they have created this Tatra company identity as a disguise. Such deceptive practices are certainly unethical and probably illegal. I hope they get caught and prosecuted.

The number is unlisted. The business Tatra Trade Company is listed but unclaimed on several merchant listing websites. The addresses of Tatra and Aktiv are only 3.6km apart. Very suspicious.

If this is Aktiv, and the consensus is that it is, they may have other bogus business identities and phone numbers to deflect suspicion and avoid legal repercussions. Perhaps they should be investigated for fraud.

I looked up the Tatratrade.ca website and as recent as a few minutes ago they were updating the prayer times on their website which says they sell islamic prayer mats. That being said 519-963-5001 is indeed the number they have listed for Tatra Trade.  

I have recently been getting calls from this number saying it's Aktiv Capital but this is a fairly new number they are using as Aktiv. Aktiv has been harrasssing me for almost two years but from other numbers, with only more recent calls coming form Tatr Trades number.

Now that I know they are actually calling from a company that sells islamic prayer mats I can't wait for them to call next time so I can have a little fun with them. LOL   It shouldn't take long for another call because they have called twice this morning already and I didn't answer the phone because i recognize the number as being from Aktiv and I ignore them.  .

I called this company (Tetra), and requested that my phone number be removed from their call list immediately.  The chap I spoke with took my number and said it would be removed.  He told me they were calling a Tim or Dianne.  I told him there were no such people here.  We did have the same surname, but the wrong people.

I reported this phone number to the Do Not Call List in Canada, weeks ago, but apparently it takes time...why...I don't understand!!

So if you are getting such nuisance calls, phone them and do as I did.  Now....if it works is the next question, but hopefully it will.

aktiv kapital calling, be really careful with these guys, do not respond or confirm personal info, my understanding is they can become very threatening and hostile, you may find them poking around your credit history as well, google "aktiv kapital complaints" and educate yourself
