calls every week despite being registered with the do not call list and requesting no calls

This number calls me several times a week for the past few months.  When I answer, there's silence for a moment before they hang up.  When I attempt to call back, it says that the user "hasn't set up their voice mail box".  Who the heck are these people and why do they keep calling?

called me at 5:16pm today 12/10/12.  I picked up the phone..........said hello,,,,,,,,,no one ever came on the line..caller id said Tucson, AZ.  I have been registered with do not call for years......what a joke.

called me at 9:57pm today 12/11/12.  I picked up the phone..........said hello,,,,,,,,,no one ever came on the line..caller id said Wireless Caller.  They called me yesterday too, caller ID said Tucson, Az.  I have been registered with do not call for years......what a joke.

I have received calls every morning for three mornings now, two just a while ago, l0:30 a.m., 12-11-12.
What a nuisance.  I have recorded numbers of three steno book pages of phone numbers in the past l l/2 years.  I don't answer them anymore, just record all numbers.  I'm with no call list too. They can't help us since these callers are wireless callers, cell etc..    Look what has happened to our phone privacy!

This company has been calling several times a day for upwards of six months. They don't care that I've asked politely to be removed from their call list so I don't care that their technician will be going to a business address at a strip mall tomorrow night. I encourage others to do it because until their business model is no longer lucrative these asshats will keep calling. I'll make an appointment every time they call.

We have a calling range of 480-279-6800 thru 480-279-9799 that our district owns. We do not want personnel throughout our district being bothered, harrassed or having their time wasted for weeks on end for this scam of "energy conservation" calls. They call all of our numbers. Once we get someone on the line they are rude and hang up on us. I've asked for the "manager" and I've asked to speak to the owner. They will refuse and hange up. It's absurd and uncalled for.
