- MW| 1 replyCalls on multiple occassions looking to speak to owner, always claiming that they've heard GREAT THINGS about our company. Always asking for a face to face meeting, but fails to tell us what this is in reference to. She evades our questions and keeps insisting on owner direct communication.

- Jay| 1 replyOld raspy voiced woman never tells you why she's calling and she's willing to hold for long periods of time when I ask if I can take a message. I screen calls and I know when something is a scam/spam.
- Caller: No Idea, won't tell me

- Bryan replies to JayYep, she just called me today
- BC replies to MWThanks, my assistant accidentally sent a call through to my mobile and after googling the number in finding your comments, I texted Amy back and canceled the tentative meeting I had unwittingly set up.
- BriannaThe caller asked for a previous owner and I advised them they no longer worked here and I would be happy to help. They were very elusive, wouldn't provide a reason for the call or who they were with. I was able to get an "ISI" company name. They claimed to work in the field we are in (I looked and they doesn't exist). She made sure to mention they heard "we are the best" and they are in the same city. Our industry is very small and our owner never heard of them. I researched the caller (Amy Bell) and her linkedin shows she is associated with the U of A and healthcare but nothing related to our field. Her "boss" (Patty) doesn't appear anywhere. She was very persistent trying to talk to our owner and come in to discuss something she would not share with me over the phone. I have blocked them in our phone system, but wanted to share this experience so others don't fall victim to whatever this appears to be. And in the spirit of being charitable if this is a legit business their methods are unprofessional, invasive and rude which doesn't promote the desire to work with them in any way.

- JackiI just had the same experience with this woman. Same spiel...she has heard GREAT things about our company and would not explain why she needed to meet with our owner or president. She wouldn't give me her name or company name, nor would she be transferred to our office manager. Her "boss" only wants to meet with the Owner or President.

- SamanthaOlder woman called our administration office was sent to the owner's office. Asking for an appointment with the owner, evasive about why. Wanting to discuss a relationship with our firm. I explained our owner is not usually customer facing, was she sure she had the right person. She said, yes I am just trying to have my boss - Lee Leonard come in to meet. She needs to set up the appointment. I will not be calling them back or setting up any meetings.

- Tiffany| 1 replyReceived a call similar to what others have reported - she asked to speak with the owner, evasive about my screening questions. When I said the owner wouldn't be in today, she asked about tomorrow - said I wasn't sure, but offered to pass a message along. When I asked what it was regarding, offering to see if someone else could meet with her, she said they work with a lot of local companies in our industry and has heard great things about our company so wanted to meet with the owner. I googled the name of the boss/company she gave me - Craig Karr with IDS - and the only results I got were for local MD's, so that got me to look up her number instead and landed me on this page.

- MarieSame deal. Amy Bell with IDS had heard great things about the company. Had the owners name wanted to setup an in person meeting.

- TSPerson named Amy Bell called and only wanted to talk to the 'owner' said she had heard nice things about the company. She seemed to be fishing for information as she had outdated information. Asked if I was in the office the next day. I said I wasn't. It started to feel weird. I asked what they wanted to talk to me about. She said that was for her boss to say, not her. Gave her boss's name as Sam Ghwaite. Googled, doesn't exist. Asked for her phone number and she provided the number that led me to this page. She tried to nail me down for a time I would be in. I said I wouldn't be able to give her a time if she didn't say what the meeting was about. I stated I was not comfortable with the conversation because of how vague she was being. She said her boss would put me as ease... whatever that means. Left the conversation saying she would call back on a day I would be in to see if I was available. I wish I hadn't given her the time, but to be shorter would have made me feel like I was being rude. I think she uses that. Very strange interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable.

- SVSame thing as every else has been saying. Amy Bell just called in to my office, wanting to speak to the owner (shortened his name and I told her full name). I asked what business she was with and she said IDS. Wants her boss to meet with our owner any time tomorrow, said they're local. Couldn't get anything else out of her, but she kept saying she heard great things about us and that we were as nice as she was told, etc etc. I said I wasn't sure if he was in tomorrow, but we would call back (We won't be). I didn't give any other info to her, no numbers or anything. No idea what IDS stands for, nothing local with that abbreviation.
- Caller: Amy Bell with IDS
- JCSame thing. Got a call from Amy Bell with IDS and she insisted that her boss wants to come in to meet with my boss the business owner. She won't say what this meeting is for and she said she heard great things about our company. It is very obvious that she is a scammer.

- KCAL replies to AWLiterally just had this conversation with her!! OMG
- DJI also had an interaction with a woman named Amie Bell, who called and asked to speak with my boss, <name> . I asked whether he was expecting her call, and she explained that she was with a development company called IDS. She stated that they were looking to partner with reputable local businesses, specifically granite and countertop companies. She said she had heard great things about our business and that her boss, Julian Ortiz, was interested in meeting with my boss.
Based on that information, I tentatively scheduled a meeting for 1:00 p.m. I also asked for her name and phone number in case my boss was unavailable and needed to reschedule.
After the call, I searched the internet with the phone number she provided and found multiple reports identifying it as a scam. I called her back and canceled the appointment. When she asked why, I explained that the phone number had been widely reported online as being associated with scam activity. She responded by stating that they were a $22 million company. I informed her that the situation appeared to be a scam and ended the call.- Caller: Amie Bell
- Mike R.Received a call from the same woman, raspy voice stating they have heard great things about our company (we are a General Contractor). Said they partner with Engineers, Architects and builders but couldn't give specifics about any upcoming projects or what the reason for the call other than wanting to meet with the owner.

- The GatekeeperMan, I've been fielding calls from "Amy Bell" for over three years now; she gets a new number but the schpeil is the same; "wants to set up a meeting with her boss and the business owner." When I told her I've asked her to stop calling, she claimed to have never spoken to me before. I told her to Google "Amy Bell scam call."

- Kelly SAmy Bell calls on behalf of her "boss" either Craig Karr or Julian Ortiz. Who knows, her boss seems to change every few months when she calls in. She claims she's from CBS and does not like to answer questions after demanding to speak to the owner because they're "in the area tomorrow" and would like to meet. Please look up Dks Inc vs Corporate Business Solutions (CBS) which is who they really work for. They come up with generic company names like CBS, GPS, or IDS to evade rational people Googling them.

- Thomas replies to TiffanyStay away from this company, they seem to change and use different corporate names. They send in the first salesperson and ask a lot of questions about your business then use scare tactics that you are not protected, then they want to evaluate your finances, and tell you they can help organize your company so you can grow, they charge you thousands of dollars and work slowly and never really finish anything, just another week. bla bla bla..
Craigs Karr came in and sold us on their services, they even fired one of their consultants in my office when I started questing them about what was getting done, very unprofessional.
The Consultant they assigned to us, Mr. Carson, was the only one that was honest, that is probably why he got fired. I had spoken with him a few times after that incident. He said we did not need that company to help us, but they want you to believe you are going to fail without them.
They never tell you what the introductory appointment is about, (I know) so I let them come in. One guy even flew in from Chicago. I tell them the same thing, I would never use that company again.
I could go on, but one thing I can say, never feel bad about wasting their time, just never sign anything, give them access to anything or pay them for anything.
Craig Karr, He told me that he used to own the Vacaville Airport, (it’s a small airport for private planes). And now he is a sales rep. and wants to give advice. his business failed. So be warned, that is they type of advice you will receive from whatever company name they are using.
