Oh yeah, on the Do Not Call registry there is a link to report automated calls EVEN if you're NOT on the Do Not Call Registry yet.

Although they've been doing this for years-so I don't know what good it'll do. All an FTC investigator had to do was listen to their pre-recorded message to know it's a scam meant to decieve. Useless.

They're at it again, called my unlisted Google Voice number, didn't answer

I just got called and asked tons of questions! First, they work for Member Services and pull our information from the credit bureau or so they claim. One agent claimed transunion while another claimed experion.  They are a business that negotiates on your behalf with your credit card companies to lower your interest rate.  Once they have all of your information they will negotiate with credit card companies to lower your rate but charge one of your credit cards $490 for their fee.  They insist you don't have to send a payment because it's a charge on your credit card that would have been interest. Honestly there are ways that an average citizen can reduce their interest without paying a fee. The number they used was 567-248-4400.
