Harassing call

It's a law office in Texas. they said the name too fast for me to remember.

Called and did not leave message. I called right back and one could hear it was some sort of switch board with lots of callers in back ground.  Asked who had called and got some sort of law firm name. Lady spoke so fast I could not understand and then she refused to repeat the name more slowly. She also refused to tell me the nature of the call ?!?!  She hung up when I asked is this a solicitation?

Yeah it's a law firm after your money. I owe hospital bills I never paid and they call me every other day without leaving a message.
