We received a few calls from this number.  I called the number back (I had to use the area code) and I heard a recording about saving energy.  It's probably regarding something like solar water heating.

Calling the number back you get a tape message claiming they are the Coalition for Energy Savings, press 1 to learn more, press 2 to disconnect.

It is a scam.  I talked to them and figured out rather quickly they are not legitimate.  They claim to be the Coalition for Energy Savings which in reality is European and does not have an American arm.  They just want to sell you insulation, windows, etc at high cost to you under the knowledge that it will be free.  It is NOT free and do NOT set up an appointment for an assessment.  Doing a little research it apears to be a problem in AZ, NV CO, TX at the least.  Ignore them.

INSULATORS  AZ:: A scam outfit preying around Southern Arizona. These bilkers want your credit card info so you'll "authorize" their home inspection. Report these frauds to AZ Attorney General!

Got a call from them May 10th when I asked him for reference he could not give me one.  I told him I was not interested and hung the phone up.

An energy company.  I called back, pressed #1, and verbally asked them to remove my phone number from their list.  If they don't I'll report them to the FCC.

Just received a call on my fax line from "NANCY" in Phoenix, AZ.  She is from the coalition for energy savings.com.  Phoe them, Free Energy, save 40% off energy. she said they got my number through property tax records!  I SHALL INVESTIGATE FURTHER.

How do I report this?  They claim they got my info from property tax records information.......

It sounds like a scam to me, whenever I question them about who would be conducting the assessment and who this company was they would give me a very short answer and continue with their rehearsed speech. Also, they would not give me a number to call and schedule the appointment myself, so I just hung up.

I get daily call's from this number, they leave no message. I tried to call number and I get a recording that "this number is no longer in service or has been disconnected" Phone company os NO help at all, They "Can't do anything" to stop the calls.

Got multiple calls from 520-494-3258; Caller ID: 'unknown'. Last call at 8:19pm, 20-Jul-2011; Caller ID: 'ESA'. No message on answering machine so I do not return the call.

Called telling us they are giving Fed or State grant money and that we qualify based on our energy usage. They would come out for an evaluation. (My husband told them about how much we spend on energy.)  I explaned that no FED grant money was "free" and she seemed in over her head.  I then said we would not be interested which also puzzled her.

Unwanted telephone call

Just got a call from this number and spoke with the rep who said I qualified and they wanted to set up an appt to come to my home for 45min. I finally said no thank you and I'm glad I did after reading these posts.

ESA calls and no messages

Received call from this morning, no one on the line, I called the number back. The company is ESA, I pressed option #1 to speak to an assistant. Told her that we are on the do not call list, but she completely ignored me and ask wouldn't I like to hear about money saving energy. I hung up after telling her do not call our number in the future.

This party calls us frequently. Googling the number reveals that they are a scam, "ESA" - Energy Saving Somthing...

I get a call from these people every single day at random times  and i have had their number on auto reject since the first time i got a call from them, and they still call.
