    Fraudulent call from "Edgar" with "Safeco" claiming to be working with your local electrical utility (doesn't actually know who that is) on power saving plans for you. When asked why he is calling numbers on the Federal Do Not Call list, he says it is his first time calling me so he "didn't know" I was on the list. When asked why he isn't checking numbers on the DNC before making telemarketing calls, as required by federallaw, he says he is just trying to "offer information" so its not required...
