It's been one of those days

MORONS called again.  Only rang once so I know it is thoroughly blocked now.  RASPBERRIES to BLEEPERS!

Asked by name of the owner of the house , in very aggressive manner ( requested by name to speak elderly male ! ( like it would be her well known friend) ..how did she knew the name of the owner- private phone number ??  when I responded " the owner is not here "  I was able to hear some angry verbal reaction & hung up.. The same # phone calls have been repeated  multiple times since last two weeks , the usual time is 830 pm and lunch time ..CD shows" breast cancer AM " ..

Another scam number.  So many to block that I end up just unplugging my phone when I work from home.  Always a new number that we cant keep up.

Called last night at 19:55 from 530-554-9588 and this morning at 10:23 from 530-212-8263.  Caller ID on both is Breas Cancer AM.  Both numbers are now blocked!

female called (said breast cancer) and said "Boy, you're hard to get a hold of in a playful voice like she was some friend or acquaintance. I have had breast cancer and my yearly appt. is coming up so I assumed it was the Dr.s office. When she said she was representing a charity, I said no to the highest amount. She jumped to a lower figure, then it got lower and lower when she saw I wasn't going to fork over any money. She called me in the past because I recognized her tactic.

Unknown #.  Did not answer.  No message left.

Watch these scammers   once they find their numbers blocked they start calling with "out of area" numbers as most call blockers will only work with lical numbers   CHARITIES CAN BE CHECKED FOR ACTIVITY BY GOING TO GUIDESTAR.gov  Its a wensite run by the IRS to alert people to active or suspended charities.....  If the tax number doesnt exist it will  say so

OOPS  THATS GUIDESTAR.org     Has a better search engine  either by name or tax ID
no tax ID means they are not a legitimate charity

Called twice today. Time Warner "Quiet Time" feature allows one ring and disconnects. Recognizances a robocall. Neat feature. Call # and name, if available shows in call log.

Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Almost sure they are scammers.  Block.

Received a call from 530-212-8263, CallerID showing "BREAS CANCER AM". This number already blocked after the first ring by my call blocker device. I don't bother researching the name of the calling 'organization' because I now assume all spam calls to be spoofed numbers, sometimes commonly used by other spam agencies, or sometimes belonging to an innocent and unsuspecting third-party. I simply block them all.

Same here, but have called multiply times. I accidentally answered once :young girl Hispanic accent said she was collecting donations for Breast Cancer - I have my doubts! - I asked to be removed from their call list that was months ago and I'm still getting calls from this bogus "charity" I am a lung Cancer survivor and I would like to do some very unkind things to these "people" (I don't have a word to describe these A H's)

The best thing you can do is consider a call blocker. They start around $40 and you can get them online. So take that money that you didn't get scammed out of and put it to some good use, helping you stop folks like these. I use a call blocker and enjoy silence.
