Lol so this number called me an said I was approved for 5,000 I'm supper geeked like yes any who he say take down this name an number and his name was suppose to be Jim wink wink lol so I said I will give you a call tomorrow he said okay do you have a routing number so I can transfer you the money. I said no he said well I'm the manger let me transfer you to Jim he pressed hold then said how may I help you I said ain't you the same person didn't I talk to you he said no I don't remember. So I hung up an called back I said what's the name of the company again he yelled at me and said never call this number again lol. Sucka lol!!!!

this person called my house around seven thirty in the morning . He was rude I told him the person he was looking  he no longer live here,He contnues to live here, stop calling here

So I spoke with James Miller and David Parks both with foreign accents stating that I was eligible for a $5,000 loan and all I had to do was get a "NON TRANSFERABLE VOUCHER", hint "Green Dot" card from Walmart load it with $350 to show that I can make the payments, and once I did that to call them back with the information and they will verify the funds and issue me a check in the loan amount I requested!!

I said I don't believe you because you have foreign accents and the number shows up as a call center, they got mad and hung up with me, but later continued to call me back and assured me that I was going to get this loan as long as I followed the specific instructions.  So I played along with them, and pretend to load the cards requested, and was approved for the loan amount, and said they said okay now we are going to issue you a deposit into your account of the loan amount and the specific amount that I didn't put on the card within 2 hours, I got a call back stating all is well and the funds will be deposited into my account within 15 minutes, so that never happened (which I knew it wouldn't because I also gave them a closed account number), so when I called them back and said I didn't have the funds yet as promised, I was put on hold and they came back and said oh the IRS put a hold on the funds because it was a non verifiable income being put in my account and I had to pay taxes on it and if I didn't the IRS would file criminal charges against me and their company, so they went on to say that they would pay half the tax amount which was like $420, so I pretended to put the money on another card (mind you I am not that stupid to fall for this, just wanted to see how far it would go), got the call back stating everything is okay and the IRS is releasing the fund and they would be in my account within 20minutes, which of course it wouldn't be, so I called back within 20 minutes and said still not money, then I was told I would get a cashiers check by the next day between 8:00 am and 8:30 am on a Saturday delivered by UPS, so I asked for a tracking number, which they provided me one, but wasn't a valid number that UPS uses, so I played along and called back this morning and spoke with James Miller, who finally told me, that it was a scam and that I was scammed out of the money I gave them, which again mind you, I never loaded the cards, I just gave them empty cards to see how far they would go.

So Consumer beware!!!!  If you need a payday loan, and this number or anyone from 530-235-6303 calls hang up right away!!!!

I received a call this morning from 5302173707 that he he was the irs. He done a lot of smart talk. I ask him how much I owed irs. He tried to give me a figure. I told him the wrong girl and he got upset. I hung up.

I got a call this Morning 9/18/2013 saying I owe IRS for 2005-2011 a total of 7446.02 and If i did not take to Walmart and Load it on a green Dot card and I was told that I had to do it within the Hour and he had to stay on line so I can giv him the number from the back if Card.Waht a Way to start off the Morning.....

same [***], they called me saying I owed [***] for the IRS but they gave the wrong name and I called them back and told them it was the wrong guy and they said ok and hung up.

Got a call from this number saying I owed IRS money. Lots of noise in the backround sounding like a call center. Guy could hardly speek english, he was probably Indian. Tried calling back with no answer. Definately some kind of scam!!!!!

I got the same call saying from IRS.  Same thing that happened like everyone else that has commented.

same thing happened to us. we were told that there was a problem with our taxes from 2005-2011. foreign accent. i asked if there was anyone that i could speak with that spoke english and he told me no..he gave me another number to call and same thing..they have american names they are using but this is nothing ut a scam

Same thing happened to me today. Only they left a message that there was a discrepancy in my income tax and for me not to ignore the message. Guy said his name was John Smith - with an obvious foreign accent - blocked my number and called back numerous times only to get no answer and after about 5-6 rings a beep tone.

This morning i get a call from a man with a foreign accent n he said,i owe the irs 8,000 n i need to pay right away or on monday the authorities are coming to my house n taking me to get my photo id n finger printed. When i asked why was i charged the 8,000 he didnt have an answer. Right there i caught on to their game n later when i try calling back nobody answer,the phone just rang then it made a beep sound .Everybody beware if u get a call from that number..

I got a call this morning from 530-217-3707 claiming that I had a tax problem for the years 2005-2011.  They asked for my attorneys name and I said I did not have one.  They said I was on a recorded line and then proceeded to read a document to me which was very threatening.   They said IRS had mailed me a package where was I.  I said same place I have been for last 26 years.  I asked where they mailed package to they said Chamble, Virginia.  I live in Richmond, Va.   I then said this is a bunch of crap and called him a scammer.  He called me a liar and then hung up.

Just got a call from a "Matthew" purportedly with the IRS.  Matthew stated that he either got a call back or "they" would take legal action.  "Matthew" was very difficult to understand and was looking for "Andrew Berman?"  Call originated from 530-217-3707.

Got a call from this number from person with Indian (Asian) accent, barely understandable.  Said he was an investigator from the IRS and threatened me if I didn't call back.  Called back, he couldn't identify himself and I ended the call.

Received two messages on my cell phone, which is rare I only give it out for jobs and friends, and on rare cases important calls.  He sounded east indian and I had to hear message a few times to grasp number and what he was saying.  He said that he was calling from the IRS and had an issue that required immediate attention. To call him back at 530-217-3707.  I did call back to hear either the same or another east indian person.  I asked is this the IRS?  and he said yes.  At first I thought, the IRS has outsourced calls now.  Then I realized he had called me on my cell and used my nickname Mercy instead of my legal name Maria when he left the message.  He asked me to give him my phone number rather than my social or other info.  I gave him my home number rather than cell phone.  he said they did not have me in their records.  that is when I knew it was a scam.

I got a call around 2:45 central from a female that I owe IRS $ 3978 and they found this during audit for 2008 - 2012.I was asked to call Jim Miller at 202-650-5446 extn: 2108.  Jim answered the call even before i dial the extension. He threatened me that I cannot drop from the call or try yo disclose or share this information with any one. Also he gave me a chance not to get arrested by making payments in Walmart. If I  don't respond properly, IRS will file a law suit and IRS officials with local sheriff will be knocking my door by 4:30 pm central. Since it was April 1st, I started enjoying the whole conversation. Since I am an Indian origin, I can clearly track the female and the guy both are Indians. If you get a call from Jim Miller and if you have time to listen their crap, enjoy the call.
