So they called me.  The lady claims her name is Karen Ross and that she believe that she can lower my interest rate on my mortgage.  I said really??  How do you know what my rate is?  She then said well, I need to ask you a few questions.  I said NO ma'am my mortgage is none of your business.

They've called multiple times, so I figured I'd answer them this time cause they never leave a voicemail message. The woman on the other end asked how I was doing. I said 'Busy, but what can I do for you." She said, "Let me cut to the chase..." and then started going off about mortgage rates. I had to interrupt her and tell her I don't own a home and I've been couch surfing and, as soon as I said couch surfing, she hung up on me! XD Let's hope these buggers won't call again.

Name was "Mortagage Update", sure won't answer a number that can't even spell mortgage right. Besides, my home is paid for, and if I wanted a mortgage, I sure wouldn't get it from an unknown phone caller.

Caller Id says Omaha NE. Number traced to private residence. The number has been stolen and spoofed by a scammer who is robo-calling on a tie-line. Among other scams, offering credit card or mortgage interest rate reduction. The worst thing one could ever do is give any personal data or a credit card number over the phone to these people, and you will be robbed. Go to your local bank if you want any kind of interest rate reduction. Blocked.

Called today.  First call from this number.  Didn't answer.  Seems for every call I block I get 2 new ones.

know couple folks in Nebraska-- so I wondered.  This number is on my recorder for 5 calls in last 4 days.  Glad to know it is a scam. No ne I know.  Interesting since I do not even have  a mortgage!  Wonder what list they are using?
