not a real number, - car warranty scam

Caller Claimed to be from the National Automobile Division, said he was on a recorded line. Claimed I had not sent back my automobile warranty paperwork ect. ect. told me not to drive and that I was going to be canceled. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Someone from this number called and I work for a DOCTOR. He asked me how many miles were on my car, and I told him if it was that important he would have the Dr.'s cell phone number !! Then he was was rude to tell me he was a Neurosurgeon for 16 years, and was going to report me for being rude. Um Im his nurse you don't call and try to scam people and if he did any type of Neurosurgery that is really really scary.

They called. Answering machine picked up. They hung up without leaving a message.  I did not call them back.

I receive calls from this number a at least 1 or 2 other numbers that also show on caller id as NAD  (National Auto Division). I answered one time and got someone who started yelling at me telling me that no my number would not be removed from their call list. Now if I answer there is no body on the other end and it hangs up on me . I'm getting really sick of this!!  It's several calls every single day!

I got a call from this number, I didn't answer my phone. If I don't know the number I will not answer my phone. Most of the time its a scam. I don't have time for [***] like that. Why don't they get a damn job like the rest of us and stop scamming people who work hard for what they have. People like this make me sick. All they are is a lazy good for nothing.

Got a call from this number a lady saying my car warranty had run out and I needed to make a $100 deposit before I lost my coverage while I decided what i wanted to do. When I told him I don't make decisions without my husband he was shocked and started shouting at me saying it was crazy that I couldn't make the decision. He wanted me place him on hold so I can call m hubby. He said he was calling from American Auto Shield. I hang up, coz I just couldn't bear hearing his rudeness. Not sure how one can be so rude when asking for money. Didn't make sense.

This # has been calling my fairly new Spectrum  Cable phone # that I don't use and never have... just came with the bundle.   At least 1 call a day  if not more.

Probably someone's old number-they do recycle them

i know when i got my cell number that debt collectors were calling for someone that had my old number ...can be annoying but hey you gotta do what you gotta do

They call my work phone several times a week. Just listened to voice mail some idiot there left - maybe he didn't realize he was being recorded- talking about some woman putting a pizza in her trunk and swearing. Sounds like a bunch of thugs

NAD calls my house numerous times a day every day of the week.  Hangs up when answered.  Numbers are:   531-201-0966, 531-201-1399, 913-286-1928, 501-406-2611, 515-444-5365.   Frankly, I am absolutely tired of these calls.
