I have received the same call as the others below. I do agree its a scam, I have heard about this from a radio personality (Clark Howard). What I think will happen if you call back is that they will say you need to pay them some amount of money right now or they will have you arrested. Its a total scam!!! Don't fall for it. Remember that google knows a whole lot about us, and most if not all can be found by just simply doing a search on you.

I got a phone call from this number tonight, saying that there was fraud activity on my SSN and my case number is CHB14015. This was a  BULL  S@%T call and that i needed to call them back before i get my summons. Somebody has why too much time on their hands. IDIOTS

Yes, this is a scam, don't do anything if they call back, try to get a name, and who they are representing, hell tell them you are recording the conversation for the police report. lol

Other sites have reported this as GMA and Associates or Goldman and Associates.   Phantom company.  Nobody knows where it is located.

They won't pick up.  Keep playing very bad R&B music, barely audible.  Real scum hiding from phone calls already.  Trying to get their address to see if the local police can be contacted.   Chances are, they are not even in this country.  So they will keep up this act without harm to themselves as in India, Pakistan, this is all legal, and many are fluent in English.

I have received two calls from 539 664 7349. Last one saying     "There are 2 fraud charges attached to your name and social security number in your county. You will be served at your place of employment." Total scam & harassment . Get a life!!! I wasn't aware that I would get a phone call telling me that I would be getting served with a warrant!

That is not true!!!  I had no payday loans.  They scam phone numbers from many places.   Apparently you don't have a clue about the real world.  I am a bill collector and they break every rule in the book!!!

Basically they are trying to scare you into calling them and scare you into paying them money on some non-existent debt by threatening you  with court action.  They go around cold calling people and telling people that they are going to be arrested and that there are warrants out for you and all the rest of that worthless junk talk.  They can make all the bogus charges go away if you give them money by untraceable means.

Bottom lines, these guys are scammers.  Don't return their calls. Don't talk to them .  Don't give them any information. Block their calls.

These people are a group of white collar criminals who go around trying to extort money from people on the basis of false or questionable civil debt.   Don't let them worry you and don't take any nonsense if they call you.  Report them to the police for extortion and let them know that's what you'll do.  Tell 'em loudly.

If you used a cretid card of debit card go to the bank and have the transaction reversed for fraud.   If you used another type of financial instrument go back to the issues and report the fraud.   If they have your credit or debit card cancel it and have a new one made.  DO it quicktime!

No, but I'm working on it.  But.  Fact is they are most likely a group of individual criminals working out of someone's house or the back room of a commercial building in a run-down area.  Very hard to locate.

You try that and they just say "see you in court" and hang up.   I'll find them, so help me God,  I will find them.

They will.  Believe me  they will.  They are looking for someone who seems vulnerable or scared.   They feel that the can scare money of out of people.  It occasionally works.

YES!  TOTAL SCAM.  SCAM.   S. C.. A. M.  Read the other posts.   Total scam.   Don't talk to them, don't return their calls.  Block their calls.  Do not pay  them any money or agree to.  If they call you tell them you know it's a scam and that you'll be making a police report for extortion.

I called the number back and a young lady gave the whole court spiel (not once stating she was a debt collector). I asked for written proof of any money I may owe and I will gladly pay it. She replied, "Once the arrangement is set and  you pay the balance we will send a paid in full letter." I told her I need documents to substantiate her claim, of course she refused. I then went on to tell her I too am a debt collector and she has violated FDCPA rules based on the contents of the voice mail and she failed to disclose the call was from a debt collector. She immediately hung up.

You are the one who is wrong dumb ass! They call me and i have impeccable credit. I have never not paid anyone back and for sure have never took a pay advance loan. Scammers!

They keep calling and Im reporting them. Same complaint as everyone else.

just received this call at 7:45 at night! Tried calling them as soon as they left a VM and no one answered. Coincidence? Nope. I pray that these people are caught and have to pay their "hard earned money" Back!

I just got a call from them
They went by my first married name that I've not used in 15 yrs. lol
I am paralegal. They just barked up the wrong tree!
