Claimed I filled out a survey to find a job. I never fill out surveys, never would use that number and don't need a job.

I got now a call from them. I knew immidiately it's scam, cause I don't have telephone like this !!!

Said he was calling about a recent phone survey I took... Which I didn't do... S

No one spoke-heard a ding then computer voice said "Good-bye"

dey say Nathan and I heards a loud beep and dey hangs up.

Received call from 540-317-3071, unknown caller.  My location is Virginia--same as the location listed at the top of this page as the possible place the call originated.  I don't answer unknown numbers.  No msg left.  Thanks to all who posted.

didn't pick up the call; didn't receive a voice mail

The calls have been consistent for over a year, no message Is left, but once I get one call I am sure to get more in the following weeks then nothing then again. The cycle then repeats.

i got a call from this number about a recent survey I took which I didnt take.  I have no idea how they got my phone number.   I did not take a survey.

I have gotten several calls from this number--it's been the same guy (says his name is Joseph) every time but I've not been able to catch the name of the "company" he is supposedly calling from. I get the same thing, talking about a survey I recently took online indicating I was looking/needed a job. I've told him every time he's called to stop calling me, I don't need a job (as I already have one), and I sure as hell haven't filled out any surveys. It's BS. Especially when they don't even know your name or ask to speak to anyone specifically.

I *67 and called the number 10 times and did not say anything...... just like they did!!!!!

Received a call from 540-317-3071. He said he was with JV calling in regards to a internet job survey 'someone' in my home completed... He called a couple of weeks ago too... Obvious scam...

Called and did not leave a message. Do not recognize phone number.

If you call the number back you get a message that says they are a career placement company. You get recorded instructions that have an option to speak to a rep by pressing 1 (no thank you) or if you want to stop receiving calls, press 9 plus your phone number then press #. Once I entered my number, I got a recorded "Thank You" and the call disconnected.

As a note - my website, which has my portfolio and resume on it, has been visited in Virginia (same locale it appears) no less than 20 times. I have not applied for a job other than with companies I know on LinkedIn - and I apply directly on LinkedIn with companies nowhere near Virginia. But that was months ago and my website only went live a few weeks ago. Google Analytics captured all their views.
