Spam unwanted call no answer

Had my name but wrong birthday. Wanted last 4 of my social and I refused stating I never heard of them. She said she would document- seemed dumbfounded that there would ever be another person with the same first and last name. Indian accent

They call every single day at 8am, leave no message and call from multiple different numbers.
There’s no way this is a legit debt collecting company.
They haven’t sent any letters or left a voicemail. They’re criminal scum searching for info

Not required to until after first contact.  Simply calling a phone number that remains unanswered is not "first contact".

Whether they are "criminal scum" remains unanswered since you are avoiding them.  As to your info, well they already have it so why would they need to search for it?

Keep calling and I don’t know who they are and have called different numbers in my family as well

Refuse to give any proof that they were a legitimate company, including the refusal to giving business id so I can check on to see if it it is a legitimate business that is registered with the government
