5 calls with alarm warnings

prov.de'm from Cordoba Argentina: my mom is also getting calls from this number 05412300002, every day for a month, we served about 3 times, and feel like voices in the distance, thoughts about another language, but no one answers, and it becomes very annoying, anyone know where it comes from this damn number? I call that same number, and tell me that that number is not in service of a subscriber, a Ghost?
if called for if there is, really do not know what to think, are all crazy!

There is no caller ID in Argentina with ATT this is the number that will show up when anybody in the US is calling you regardless of who it is in the US.

That b/c Claro sucks at caller ID , Change carrier to Movistar on your phone while roaming in Argentina , it will work and you will see who calls you.

I got 2 times a day a call from this number since is was in buenos aires. IT stopped for a week, but now i'm in iguazú it started all again. I'm from the Netherlands and its my telephone from work, so mucho annoying!

Called from this # mid morning in Buenos Aires, answered and it was call from family member in US on their cell phone.
