We have had registered members littering up the site with gifs. No problems with unregistered members since they can't post those.

So no gifs from registered users then?

Why does it matter if you can post a gif or not? This is a phone number look-up site; gifs aren't necessary to identify callers.

It appears that you seem to simply want to argue over and over which is something trolls do when they don't get their way.  I notice that you didn't reply to any posts.  Perhaps you were hoping no one would see your reply?  Also, as was pointed out, only registered members can put added items in the post.  That makes you a registered member and makes me wonder why you bothered to register if you are simply going to post anonymously all the time?
