Strange calls from this number after my phone was stolen

Received a call at work from this number..answered and the line contintued to be connected..no response on other end.  after about 15 seconds, I hung up the phone.

Rec'd 2 calls at work from this number. Didn't recognize the number, so didn't pick up. Caller left no voice mail.

Received 2 calls from this number. I did not answer and caller did not leave a messge.

I received 2 calls from this number these past 2 days. The first one was during the afternoon when I was not home at 12:24 pm and then later that night at 8:14 pm. I was not home for the first call and there was no message left. Then , the 2nd call, I did not answer since I did not recognize the number.  I live outside the USA

I've received two unwanted calls from this number this week.  How do I get rid of pests?

Left a voicemail with just background noise of what sounded like an office.

Didn't leave any message.

Just got a call from this number at 10:01 pm east coast time, didn't get to it in time to answer because I was in bed.
