I receive calls from this number several times a day, EVERY day. 20 to 30 seconds go by and they hang up without ever saying anything. It starts in the morning and continues through out the day about an hour apart. The caller ID shows EHES. Who is this and how do we stop it?

They call me and don't say any words and then they hang up. I get multiple calls from them a day, and ID is EHS. Who is this?

Everlast Home Energy Solutions.  They've been robocalling me multiple times for weeks and there's just silence on the line and eventually hangs up.  Finally someone picked up the line today (on the second call within an hour) and started a sales pitch.  I cut this off by telling her that my phone is on the do-not-call registry and to please remove my number.  She tried to tell me that I have to re-register the do-not-call registry every six months. I don't think so.  Anyway, we'll see if this works.
