I periodically get phone calls from these idiots. They change their number so blocking them doesn't work. When you call it back you get a recording from a woman giving you 2 options. 1 for call back and 2 for don't call me again. 2 doesn't work. Have no idea who they are but they need to go F themselves.

I agree with you  on go f themselves.  I get so sick and tired of all those damn telemarketners scum bags trying to scam everyone.

This number called today wanting to "save me money", when I said I wasn't interested the guy literally screamed down the phone at me to not hang up and then proceeded to shout at me and tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. I've blocked it but I know its only a matter of minutes before some new [***] calls. Being on the 'Do not call registry' doesn't stop these either. So frustrating.

Caller calls leaves message.  When I call back a young woman answers , not a person, but a pre recrded message that gives 2 options.  One is to leave name and # and the other is not interested.  Nobody calls back.  I am sure this is a scam.  Nobody calls back.  Name is Mor Yang 559 272 3821. Please report this.  I am on do not call, but she calls daily.
