Some guy answer... Said hello.... Hello.... Ok I'll call back later....   Called again... Got this number is not in service... Called again.... Guy answered...... This is Joel Collins.. This call may be recorded for .......

Had to say hello twice before he started talking.
Supposedly from some California police organization  and wanting money. NOTE: I have had calls from other numbers  one area code was (661) supposedly from Joel Collins and I just keep adding them to the blocked list.

Called and left no message today at 4:38PM. Assume fraud or robocall since I didn't recognize this number and there have been numerous complaints about it. Will block./

Typical call spamming [***]. May they and their families all burn in hell immediately as a result of their spamming and scamming.

Caller id was V82419150200113.  Only rang once and was blocked by the roboguy.

Get calls from this bozo just about every day - Fresno area - many bozos here and they are more than annoying.  Get a job and get off that voip phone using the computer.  It's free, huh? That doesn't give you permission to constantly call us.

I have heard not to answer or call anyone back on TV from IRS  now  I know what they are talking about .....
