This number called and left a message on someone else's phone and that person has no link or relation to that person. Its a fraud...... I said I was the person they were looking for and they told me all the information y they were looking for this person with out conforming or even knowing if I really was the person they were looking for. A women left the message with her name and when I called a man answered and said there is no person of that name working at that company.

I received a call from this number and he was threatening me

This phone number call and told me that I was going to get sued and that I need it to paid a immediately to avoid, triple the amount to act now.

A man named Agent Jenkins with Primary Solutions called me and stated I owed an ole payday loan with Ace Cash Express in 2010 and I violated sum check cashing fraud and he was going to forward my case over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney office for law suit and criminal violations. He said I owed $612.00 and Ace Cash was intent on collecting the whole amount from me. Yes I did take out a payday loan from Ace and I didn't pay them back but I have since filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2012 and all my debts have been wiped out. So I told this Agent Jenkins this and he immediately backed off and he would look into this and if true I would no longer receive any future communications. I also told him I wouldn't pay him anything because I suspected this was all a caller scam.

I received a call from a guy name Watson who was saying he represents Primary Solutions on behalf of ACS ( I guess it is a payday loan) anyway, he went through this whole thing and then when I told him I did not know who that company was and Have never heard of them. I then told him that I received a call about a month ago from a guy claiming he was from the say company representing a company called Namakan (This is a payday loan I had in the pass and paid off). Anyway, I told him what I told that guy and how the other guy said "what's wrong with you?! Are you [***]!) , and then hung up and I told this Watson that I believe he is calling for the same company only using a different payday name. I told him if there is a loan out there with my name on it from this company then it is fraud and I would be reporting it to the police. He kept saying he was not calling for any money just wanted to get my side of the story. I told him there is no side because I did not know who ACS was and if he worked for the other company I already paid them. I asked this Watson guy for the number, address of the company that supposedly hired him and he said he could not give me that number since it was private but I could have a company number down in Georgia (770-217-3276). which I called and the woman who answered said "investigations department." I asked to speak to Watson and she asked who I was and I told her Shane and she said ok and put me on hold. I hung up and the shane Watson is the same person who called me from the (559-272-4912). I located the service provider for the 559 number which is Pac-West Telecomm, they are an hospital company that sells services to people and businesses. I told them what one of their customers was trying to do (which is commit fraud using telephone services) and she gave me the web address for the person which get this (supportatdynamicpacket.com) brings up a general webpage of all of the companies by this name. Anyway, the Pac-west representative said she would send an email to them letting them know what the complaint is and that an investigation would be launched and that the number would be turned off until the investigation is completed.  Finally, I never was able to get the number of the company this guy supposedly worked for he just would not give it to me nor the address to where he was or the company he said he was hired by. btw: the 559 number is a Fresno, Ca number. I hope this helps others.

An Agent Watson called and this is all bogus. These guys buy packets from collection agencies and dont realize that they have been paid or dismissed by Bankruptcy. I spoke to my lawyer and she said not to worry about it. They like to see if you pay up and they scare you sometime taking about Court, and District Attorney. They get all scared when you ask them info on their company and start questioning them.

A person claiming to be "Agent Carolyn Heath" called today claiming there was an active case and wanted to hear my "side of the story regarding this matter." So for those who do not realize this and are debt collectors, 1. You are mandated to identify yourself, your company, and on whose behalf you are collecting the alleged debt. 2. Correspondence is supposed to be sent to the person who allegedly owes the debt. NEVER EVER talk to anyone on the phone regarding these issues. They lie about everything and try to get around the law like a bunch of snakes.
Scam company who probably buys junk/uncollectible debt because statute of limitations have passed, or the debt was paid and not recorded as such, or worse yet, the debt was paid and then sold as unpaid to another junk debt collector.
Either way, reporting these morons to the State's Attorney General's Office and any other reportng agency. Schmucks!!!

I received a voicemail from "Agent Cruz" requesting a call back to give "my side of the story". She never identifies the company or who she is calling for. Total scam! I had a pay day loan that was paid off two years ago and have had other junk collectors call trying to get me to pay them again. Fraudulent Scum bags!!

I got the same call,from the same person, from the same number, the 559 giving me the same information. He didn't ask me for my ss# or any other information to verify if I was the right person. He offered me a settlement for 250 paying it within 24 hrs or pay $46 now and 4 payments of $100, but he wanted my credit card information right away. When I asked for the address and phone number he gave me a P O box address  and a total different number. He said they have different offices in other cities, but didn't say in other states. I knew the 559 area is from fresno so that was strange.

This person only identifies themselves as agent jones, and then an agent woods, when I called it back the person answering gave me her name as agent Wanda Mack and to call ER direct line 404-585-2618.  Then when I called her later the number said "you have reached the "the investigations unit". I called the police dept. cuz they kept harassing me and texted me from the 559 number that they were going to serve papers at employers.

Got a call from Agent Lia Cruz asking for a Randal Kite saying she need to hear his side of the story regarding cae # CA-14-147546.  Bunch of hooey, no one here buy that name and number is not listed as any agency

Omg, this is about the 20th time I have been called about "payday debt collector's" They are horrible nasty people!!

These bumbling idiots called me today for the first time.  

My credit is clean.  I started getting these kind of calls once I did get a new car loan.  It's like the minute you do something that changes your credit report, these moron's "start a calling."  This isn't the first time I've been told there was a process server trying to serve me papers because I am being sued and in order to avoid it all I have to do is pay the money.  I hang up on them and block their numbers.  Two years ago, some agency called doing that, and when I told them my identity must have been stolen because I didn't do this, they told me to file a police report.  So I did.  Then when the report was filed, they called me back claiming I filed a false police report.  They told me they could prove in court that I lived in the state where the payday loan was taken out.  I told them I would love to see them prove that in court and hung up on them.  I never heard from them again!!  Please, don't EVER agree to paying anything over the phone.  These crooks come up with every trick in the book to scare you into paying.

I've been married 2x now going by maiden name for 10 yrs now. usually a rude Africa american calls me asking for me using either married name saying their investI gain for a debt I owe. I laugh & tell her "BS!" AND HANG UP. They got me once. I gave them my prepaid visa info. Then looked online to see they were fraud. So I cancelled the card no $ was taken. Since then I've learned how to block their calls ony phone
