- NicciCalled at 7:43 pm on April 26th, 2007. Didn't leave a message. If this is indeed a questionaire, I'm not interested, and don't want to be called again!
- Lauragot a call from this number to today, May 2, 2007 7:26 p.m. CST. didn't recognize it so i didn't answer. glad i did a search on the number to find out that it was a call i didn't want or need to take.
- BarbaraCalled wanting to know about the service at Huffine's Hyundai. I wouldn't answer her questions because she couldn't even pronounce the dealerships name and told her not to call back and that I am on the DO NOT CALL list.
- Call type: Survey
- CarolI got a call from this number with no message. I see some people are saying it's from Hyundai about a service. I'm not surprised, I have a Hyundai and they've been bugging me by mail to extend my warranty.
- brianI didnt answer this number's call but after reading the other people's responses, I tried to call it back. I did just have my Hyundai in a dealership for service in Meas Az and it was a marketing survey company. Makes sense.
They do not accept incoming calls.

- Anonym| 1 replyThese jerks don't understand it when you tell them not to ever call again.
Anybody interested in a class action suit against this outfit? The DO NOT CALL LIST means nothing to them. Yeah, some CSS or something survey taking company. They keep asking for the wife, and I told them not to call again. "Well, I need to hear that from Mrs....", he said, so I told him to F*Off and he said, "You go to heaven sir." I replied, "Ok, I will, but you can go to H*ll." Punk kid needs to find another job. So what do they do today? They call again! Balls the size of Texas! I told him, "You ever call again, and I'll sue you." I bet they hear that all the time.- Caller: Not sure... .CSS?
- Call type: Survey
- JulieDon't know who the call is from but as I was reading the responses above, I also had work done on my Hyundai at a dealership in Ohio. Got another call a week ago from a different survey company so it looks like this is the same thing. The other survey company kept calling and calling so I made the mistake of answering the survey to just make them stop calling but i guess somehow that gives them the right to give my number to a million other survey companies! Don't make the same mistake I did! Tell them not to call you or they will keep calling!
- Caller: ?
- MaryGot a call today and I didn't answer it either but instead did the research and I am glad I did. I too had some work done on my Hyundai last week and gave them my house phone number. I too am on a do not call list and I guess that means nothing from what I have read above. This was an informative website.
- AlI have been getting one or two calls from this number for a week at this point. I have a Hyundai that is serviced at Planet Hyundai, Las Vegas, on a regular basis (per the scheduled maintenance). I do not answer when this number is shown on caller ID. Glad I do not!
- annoyedDoes this place ever stop calling.... they call at least once a day and at all times during the day.. ah...
They suck, not to mention Hyundai hasn't stepped up and done their part for the 2-3 surveys I have filled out, not one free oil change or anything from filling them out.- Caller: lame survey company
- Call type: Survey
- Tom replies to AnonymThe Do Not Call List does not apply, because we've all done business with Hyundai.
- CJust reporting more of the same. Calls twice a day since I got my car inspected by Hyundai a few weeks ago. I haven't answered but I'm glad to find out (ok, not glad) that it's Hyundai. If I'd have known I certainly wouldn't have given them my cell...
- JeffYep... it must be Hyundai. I've been ignoring calls from this number on my cell phone for the last few weeks - since I had my Santa Fe serviced. Now I know. This is a useful website!
Can't blame them for trying...but as noted above, where's the follow through? I wouldn't mind doing the survey for a free oil change or something, but don't just assume my time is free for the taking.
The Do Not Call Registry does not restrict people you've done business with from calling you. I get the same type of calls from my bank, but have since asked them to put me on THEIR do not call list (after 6 or 7 requests, they finally shut up).
You'd think the powers that be would know how much we all hate to get these types of calls...especially on our cell phones. - LindaCalled but didn't leave a message. I just bought a Hyundai and was told by my local dealer that I would be getting a survey call.
- Caller: Hyundair Dealer
