I keep getting calls from this number and I want them to stop

No message after answering machine picked up.

Telemarketer selling something (?) to supposedly reduce electric bills. Asked whether I spent more than $125 per month. When I said no, they hung up. No big surprise that the Do-not-Call list does not work and is being ignored by more and more scam artists. No sure if reporting them to the Fed's really does any good. These scammers keep changing their caller-id so it becomes harder and harder to block the calls.

I get a caldron these people almost once a day. They ask of im the homeowner at my address, I tellthem everyday 'no, I am only 16 years old, stop calling me"

559-272-6478 with caller ID "unavailable", appears to be another solar telemarketer making a robo call.  They don't leave a message and if you try to call them back you get a disconnected number.  They steal or spoof the number and caller ID so the "do not call list" can't track them.  If they don't succeed in getting your business, they sell your number to another telemarketer.  A vicious cycle with no end.

Getting calls from this number 559-272-6478....(twice today...09-21-2015) On my voice mail I  Heard some idiot in the background raddling off different money amount numbers...$50 $30..etc.... saying something like "He's averaging $120 a month....called the back twice already...it goes to a machine and sais to press 2 to remove number...that doesn't work....it sais press one to have a call back and lets you supposedly leave a message....which I did.  Maybe I will just leave them a load of messages, not sure if that will do any good...how do I block these [***]..

Called me twice.  No message first time.  second time asked if I was homeowner, when I said no they hung up!! BS call!!

We reside in the 559 area code and were expecting a call from a repair person so we answered it thinking it was them...sorry we answered it.  Alas it was yet another jerk peddling solar.
