Woke up and had a missed call from this number at 1058am today (oct 17, 2009) no voicemail

received a call Oct. 17 at 3:30 P.M.  No message was left.  I have no idea who the number belongs to.

Got a telephone call today from this number on my cell. I was very annoyed because I use a card and lose money if the phone is used on a specific day!
I suggest all of you do what I just did: I filed a complaint against heycosmo.com (I verified the number belonged to them) on the Federal Trade Commission website and made a sworn statement.

Rang once on my cell phone... then stopped.  Weird!

live in san diego. got a call from this number and "i hate cosmo " was the viocemail that occured when i called back. Weird! and annoying

I answered a call from this number and no one was on the other end.

I got a call from this number; I think they have been calling me from a private number as well. This is really frustrating.

Received same call. However, I did not answer. My sis in law living in
Fresno area called this a.m. and received recording. By posting to this
site, does it mean we are not going to be receiving these calls in the
future, or do we need to call our carrier?

Received call around 9:30-AM Central Time on 10/26/2009. No one on the other end, no message left. Add me to the Annoyed List. Currently on the National Do Not Call Registry, and I do not return calls to any unrecognized numbers. Another recommendation that we all be alert!
