Spam call #8 of the day on my landline.  I ignored it, they didn't leave a message.

Asked for angel and when I said wrong number he said “well maybe you can help me” and asked to support I think some police force or something like that and asked to send me a support package where I could donate 25, 35, or 50$.

More scams. Blocked

11/24/18 11:38 PST  Don't know from Caruthers  CA or area code 559 so didn't answer.  No message left (surprise, surprise).  Have erased this time, will block if tries again.

I get this call all the time.  An assertive male voice asks if he can speak to the head of the household.  I always say no.  There is then a pause and he eventually says there is no message and he will call back.  I blocked this number.

called my cell, didn't pick up because I don't recognize the area code 559.
Then came here to check,sure enough, it's a scam. thanks guys

Number alled my cell phone this morning.  Don't know the number.  Called back later and got a canned recording and I hung up.  I blocked it on my cell phone.  Number is not currently registered to any phone company.

Male voice asked if *X* using my full name was available and I said I could find out "who is calling". Then said nevermind, they would just call back. Has to be strangest spam call response I've ever gotten.

Fourth spam call of the day.I don't answer and they don't leave message. How many nos. one has to block?

Called said it was for police association to donate. Said he would send envelope but then wanted a credit card # I said no he was not happy. Said he would send a donation envelope.

This is a call trying to raise funds for the police.  It is the best artificial-intelligence pitch I've gotten.  It really sounds like a person, but it isn't.  The third or fourth time it called, i asked "him" to give me an indication that he wasn't a recorded pitch.  it couldn't deal with that, I guess, because he signed off.

Cell CID was Scam Likely.   So glad I didn't have to talk to the police "scammer" (scanner....get it?)  Got to joke around with this sort of thing or you will go mad with all the calls

Didn’t answer but this caller calls every day multiple times on my cell phone!
