Called cell, id comes through as "Scam Likely".  Message left:  "You and your family can get a great insurance plan...."  Blocked number.

5th time today they have called using 5 different spoofed numbers - same health insurance scam calls that have been bugging everyone for months

Health Insurance. Get several of these per week.

We Care Health, aka Healthcare Ltd, aka Health HotLine - Called this morning from 323-230-4415. Now calling EVERY DAY - although this is the first time they've called twice in the same day - each day from a different number. From time to time the name changes, always a new name (never re-using one of the past ones). When I Google the number, massive reports found for each number, and each one has numerous (sometimes a dozen) reports before mine -- and they're *ALWAYS posted that day*. They obviously pick one number per day and start robo-dialing from it, then start fresh the next day from another number. Nothing short of harassment -- how could this NOT be a scam???? Other numbers I know of -- and I didn't complete the list, I found far too many results after searching (many of the numbers are sequential, so likely many more around those numbers):

I got a phone call from this number at 6:51 PM Eastern Time, but I refused to answer the phone because I did not recognize the caller ID. It left me a message one minute later and this is what it said: "And we make it hassle-free to find out. We have pre-approvals ready at your area, including Cigna, BlueCross, Aetna, United and many more. Press '1' to get a hassle-free assessment or press '2' to be added to be placed on our do not call list. Thanks for your time and be healthy and be blessed." What pre-approvals in my area? I don't live in Florida and I already have health insurance. It is a scammer misusing someone's phone number in Jupiter, Florida so that he/she can try to scam me. I reported robocalls claiming to sell me health insurance when I already have health insurance to the FTC and my phone number is on the Tennessee and National Do Not Call Registries. I did not give them permission to call me nor have I done business with them.

06/26/2018 @438pm – 5612400337 – telemarketer recording pushing health insurance plans and claiming pre-approval plans including Cigna, Blue Cross, United etc., pressing 1 to speak to someone transferred me to some claiming to be Stephen National Health and further talking to him he told me their website was happyhealthplans.com.  The website lists the direct line as 754-312-7389.  Their membership link goes to naaip.org 800-770-0492.  When I asked the telemarketer for a copy of their Do Not Call Policy as required by the TCPA he immediately hung up on me.
I called the 754 number and asked the person there for a copy of the same policy.  He said they do not do telemarketing even though the caller stated the website and there are numerous other complaints about this company along with other phone numbers which include 7542120260, 4432035415, 4072168438, 2342068892.  I got very detailed statements from someone claiming to be the owner.  Calling back the 561 number immediately disconnects.  I have everything recorded.

The person behind the website can be called directly at 754-312-7389.  They do their business through naaip.org (1-800-770-0492) which advertises 90 second agency websites for selling insurance.  I will call them tomorrow and ask them why they are engaged in illegal telemarketing.
