I accidentally dialed 18004046943 instead of 18774046943 when registering a Best Buy Credit Card.  The accidental dial was answered by a recording in Spanish.  After that I got a phone call from a spanish speaking woman from the above number, then two more voicemails.  One a hangup and one 40 seconds of background noise.

I did the same thing. It's a Spanish woman who is rude and wants to sell me some kind of machine you plug into the wall to get rid of rats. I told her I was not interested at all after she kept asking me if I had made a phone call to them. She called 4 times yesterday and possibly 5 times today and it is only 11am. Any further information is much appreciated.

Same thing happened to me today..and the person won't quit calling...

I AM SO SICK OF BEING CALLED BY PEOPLE I DONT KNOW! I'VE PUT MY NUMBER ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST BUT TO NO AVAIL.. THERES GOTTA BE SOMETHIN THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS S**T!!!

I let a friend use my phone to order some merchandise and now I am being harrased daily by these mindless morons who do not understand NO MORE CALLS

I just got the same call.  I did call the Best Buy credit card activiation number and also dialed 800 number by mistake instead of 877.   Tried to speak to me in Spanish then put me on hold, then said they would call back later.  I'm blocking the number, don't know who they are.

-had the same experience as other callers . . . called 800-etc to activate a card, got a recording in spanish . . . then started getting spammed from (561) 287-5964 . . . .  

I'm just going to block this damned phone number b/c they keep calling back.  In just a few minutes, I've missed five (5) phone calls from them.  This after calling the 800 number for perhaps 2 seconds and noticing that I'd called the wrong number.  Whatever.  

Call blocking is a wonderful feature . . . I hope these fools enjoy getting the blocked message :)

THEY ARE A FRAUD. AND THEY HAVE HACKED OTHER COMPANIES. I PLACED AN ORDER OF TV PRODUCT. THEY CALLED ME AFTER AND ASK ME FOR MY ADDRESS AGAIN. I DIDNT GIVE MY ADDRESS AGAIN CAUSE IT DIDNT SOUND RIGHT TO ME. I CALL IMMEDIATELY THE COMPANY WHERE I PLACED THE ORDER AND THEY TOLD ME MY PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY AND THEY HAVE MY CORRECT ADDRESS. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! BE CAREFUL. THEY HAVE THIS 18004046943 NUMBER AND THEY CALL YOU FROM 5612875964

Someone called me from this number about an item being sold on infomercial.

I am sick and tired of this person(s) calling me = I do not know who they are, yesterday 12+ calls, like the people below, all in Spanish a whole lot of noise in background and 3 or 4 calls today and I told the "guy" I was about to turn them into the AG's office here in Texas = caller id shows AMG Business ... I am not well and have a very strange schedule, so who are these people and why can't someone do something about them ??? They start at 8:00am and last call was after 9:00pm ... Also, I notice there is a women in the background referring to me as a "chica" = I guess this guy must get off to having an amigo "chick" screaming at him as I did 2x yesterday and once today ... and if this keeps up, like once more, I will call the BBB as well as the AG's office = total harassment ... peace to all of you whom have had this experience ... May God Bless all of you ...

I have also been receiving numerous calls from this number.  I decline call and they just j keep calling back every day

These pieces of diarrhoea kept calling me on May 17, I look on my missed calls, ELEVEN missed calls until the 22nd. Eight of them on the 17th. They are calling me about some stupid "Hot Shapers" weight loss program. Twice I picked up the phone, and once my mom answered, so in total, that's FOURTEEN calls. They stopped on the 22nd, when my mother and I were watching Walter Mitty, at 8:14 P.M.. I told the lady to put me on the do not call list, but all she said was, "O.K., we call back later." I'm sick of this crap!

I've been called by this number OVER 10 x today! I picked up the third call and the person-spoke Spanish. I said- No mass telephones" which I've been told means No more calls. I have no idea what company is doing this.  Times of Additional calls since I started typing this email. 9:9:22,9:23, 9:24, 9:25, 9:50, 9:51.

I don't care what the reason for the call- this is Harassment!

We've been getting calls from readers who are being harassed by callers from this number.  The local BBB and senior centers have been alerted.

this has fraud all over it how can I block this number?

I also had various phone calls from these people. I hung up the first time and then got two more calls before I blocked their phone number. It was a Spanish lady who was very rude and spoke very quick. There was noise in the background and she kept asking for my address saying that I made an order and that they need my address in order to ship it. Block the phone number if you get a call from these people. They're nothing but scammers.
