Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I have been getting calls from this number every day, somtimes twice a day, for the 2 past weeks! They never leave a message. I finally researched the number & found all of your wonderful & helpful posts on this site. I decided to call them today & request that my number be taken off their call list. A younger woman with an Indian accent, Michelle, answered. She said something I didn't understand. I asked her to repeat it. Instead, she stated that she had my medical records & that I had a bladder sling surgery. I denied her statement, as it is not true.  I said, "I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM YOU & WANT YOU TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST! QUIT CALLING ME!". She humg up on me. I called back & she answered with a "Hello" this time. I think she knew it was me before she picked up. I said, "I WANT TO MAKE SURE MY NAME IS OFF YOUR CALLING LIST!". She hung up on me again. They will harass you day & night, but they sure don't like to bothered themselves!

You really should have taken the repeated advice in this thread to consider buying a call blocker, as well as trying to report the telescammer.  Calling them back does little except elevate your blood pressure.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is buy a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.
* If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

I got this call telling me they had money for me.  I told them to take my name and number off their list.  They just kept asking why should they and I told them to do it because I am on the do not call list.

This woman is very annoying and straight up said "No" when I told her that I wanted to be removed from her list.  She kept arguing with me telling me that I have a bladder sling surgery thing.  I told her I did not.  She said then someone in my household.  I told her that it was just me and my children in my home.  Then she continued to argue and tell me it was a parent, or sister, or something.  I told her to remove me from their list about 20 times with a 2 minute phone call.  I'm a very easy going person but this woman pushed all my buttons immediately.

call comes in from this number numerous times a day for the past two weeks.  Annoying ......

I get a call every day from these people.  They say they know that I have had bladder surgery.  How?  They say they work with Comsumer Protection Agency.  It is an Indian man or lady who is terribly difficult to understand.  I ask every time to remove my name and they hang up.  This is harassment!  

They have called my phone daily for the past 2 or 3 weeks. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY TYPE OF SURGERY. I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING!

Thanks for the tip on the iPhone. They keep calling telling me I had a bladder sling and was entitled to compensation. I tell them everyday that I have not and to remove me but they argue. I quit answering but am tired of all the calls.

Caller said I had a surgery which I may receive compensation for and he sounded Indian accent.  I have never had surgery.  Asked him where he worked and he did not respond but changed the subject.

I have tracked their calls this week and they have called twice. Once I did not answer but today I did and could not understand a word of what the guy was saying. They are now on my DNA (Do Not Answer) list in my phone.

This number has called me 4 times in 3 days!  I called them back and spoke to a "David".  I told him that I was aware that this was a scam and they were attempting to get people's medical information from them.  He then replied, "how do you know it's a scam".  I told him that I worked for the FBI and the evidence is piling up on them.  I asked him why he does this to people, he stated that "Americans are stupid".  Now he won't stop calling my telephone.  He's calling me every minute for the last 10 minutes.  I have call block, so it stops it.  But this is now proving as being harrassment.  Americans are stupid?  Really?  People in India are idiots if they think they can continue with their scams.

I've had these people call me several times in the last week, telling me I have medical compensation. When I told them that I had some of my personal information (phone number, email address, and my name) leaked out to several insurance companies and medical call centers, the woman talking to me rudely informed me that what she was doing had nothing to do with any of that. She also asked me if I had a miscarriage with my last baby. I've never even HAD a baby, but that's very, VERY sensitive information, and could seriously twist someone up in the wrong way who might;ve been in a situation like that. This company is super pushy, very rude, and I will definitely be reporting them.
