Voice mail.... Hi my name is David Grey... Also threatened to send magistrates.

Threaten court action if I didn't respond. I hung up

Said his name is David Grey. Caller had thick India accent; threatened to send magistrates to my door to get me!

Both my husband and I received the same call from David Grey on our individual cell phones - 7-8 minutes apart.  We listened, laughed and deleted the call!

Got a message. Threatened to arrest me if I don't pay the U.S. Treasury because I missed a hearing with a magistrate. I've contacted my local police on the matter.

Received same call from David Grey and his magistrates. It seems notifying police did no good. If someone does get scammed by David Grey, please post what this scam is about. Find a new job David Grey.

Received a call from a guy with an Indian accent.  Lots of other voices in the background like a call center.  Claimed I owed money to the IRS for 2013 and that the letters had been sent to an address from 5 years ago. I talked to the supervisor (similar Indian Accent) who refused to provide documentation and said the only option was for them to arrest me.  Sounds like a scam but they never asked for money.

Recorded message from someone with a heavy accent that if I failed to call back I would be in violation of a US Treasury Department action

Yes. I got the same message from David Grey. This is getting worse in USA. These people should be put in prison!

Received a call from David Gray at this # stating there was enforcement action against me executed by the united states treasury. It was a 2nd attempt.  Voice had an accent and was a recorded message that was on loop and would keep playing over and over.  *good try scum bag!  How do we ban together to stop these idiots?

I called the # back from a private LAN.  A woman with a Caribbean accent answer "United States Treasury".  I demand to speak with David.  She hung up.  Call them and harass them!!! Turn the tables!

Got a voice mail from the same [***].  I called back, and some lady with a thick Indian accent answered the call with "US Treasury".  I asked for her name, and she asked for mine.  She refused to give me her name, and she hung up.   I called them back again, and this other Indian lady went through these [***] about how I owed $6930, and lectured me on why I haven't paid this earlier, back in 2014.  THEN, she said, "The minute this line get disconnected, an arrest warrant will be out for you."  I said, "You stupid [***], you don't know anything about the US legal system, and you try to scam me?".  She hung up after that.

These con artists are getting more and more outrageous.

Do not call them back-you're just verifying that they have a working number-get a call blocker.

Just received the same call as all of the others.  Reported it on the Treasury.gov website.  Good old David Grey of Delray Beach, Florida.  What an asshat.

Also received a call from David Gray stating there was enforcement action against me executed by the U. S. Treasury. Blocked!!

I received the same exact message that I've been reading in these complaints.   David Gray or maybe  Grey...  threatening me if I don't respond to this number....   I paid my taxes  & don't make that much to begin with....  I've called twice & no answer....  if it was a real lawyer office,  they would have an answering service or a way to leave a message...
