National Recovery Service. Message left: they claim help people recover money paid to companies claiming tp negotiate reductions in your credit card debt and not really doing so.

Received a call from 561-455-2704 this afternoon and they were ID'd on my phone as "Task Force" and the message left on our machine from "Agent Amanda" from the "Recovery Task Force" investigating telemarketing fraud and we have reason to believe that you have been a victim.  If this is correct please call me back at 561-455-2704, if not, then disregard this message.

Received a call from 561-455-2704 this afternoon (1:49pm).  They left a voice message from "Amanda" from the "Recovery Task Force" investigating telemarketing fraud and we have reason to believe that you have been a victim.  If this is correct please call me back at 561-455-2704, if not, then disregard this message.  This was not an automated voice mail, but a "live" person who left the message.  Although I have received some offers from telemarketers in the past, I did not call them back afraid that it could also be fraud.
