Well buddy your a moron who needs to do more research.  These people have gotten me back about 19 thousand dollars.  Its not hard at all. I now realize I could have probablly done it myself.  All they do is dispute the charges and use laws indictments cc laws and some backround info on the companies and your cc company will chargeback the merchant.  Soo you need to do some more research.   The name of the group who got me back my money was anti-fraud task force.  239243532c.  See what they can do for you.  They have no upfront fee

I just got called as well.  I have been suckered three times by different companies (I know, slow learner).  They have proven to be piranha circling a carcass.  The only honest information I have confirmed with a couple sources is that NO ONE is buying used time share right now.  So if you can lease it to someone, it is about the only way to recoup the original scam of buying the time share in the first place.

I really need my money back from these Timeshare scamers. I'm 77 years old and 80 year old husband has had two stokes and need help 24 hour a day. We are in great need of getting our money back.

I've messed round with a company called American Recovery Task Force. I keep sending them material about my problems and they say they'll take care of it. So every year I go through it all again.
If you know of a company that will get results, please let me know?

I used to work for them they did recover some money but in the end they did scam some people.   there paychecks kept bouncing and weren't being fair I wouldn't trust them. Their under investigation for their businesses.

I know that I was scammed out of about $3,500, when my wife was passing away. I was caring for my sick wife and I was vulnerable at the time. I was told by a member of this outfit, that they had a buyer for my Time Share who willing to pay over $25,000 for my time share and an additional $200 per week for the weeks left in that year. I know that this was the same party who had called me a few weeks before and talked to me about my time shares. Anyway, at least 3 people from a company called "American Recovery Task Force" contacted me and assured me that they would get my money back. This has been over the last five years and I've never heard from any of them. Now when I try to call them, there is never an answer to their phone? I've given up.

The name was "Coastal Premier Vacation Solutions". I believe that it changed names several times since I've been after them. The number that I did business with them, was 561 860-1431. The guys name was Jonah Christenson. They also were known as Timeshare Property Management. They were in New Port Richey, Florida. If there is anything else that you need, I still have all of my paperwork, It's getting pretty motheaten by now, but......
