No one answered when I picked it up...and then I heard a beep and a woman say "Goodbye"....

Just another one of those telemarketers...no doubt!

No message, no nothing.

Received a call from this # & there was a recorded woman's voice simply instructing to "Call #########" - then hung up.  It was automated.  I called the number back on my caller ID & was on hold w/background music.  After 5 minutes, a man named Robert answered & ID'd the company name.  Sounded like it had something to do with vehicle warranties.  Anyway, I told him not to go anywhere & waited a few seconds.  He asked me if I was recording his call - I said I might be.  Then he got all paranoid & launched into a diatribe about recording calls without notifying - wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise.  I asked him if he knew about the national do not call list?  I also mentioned it was a federal law that solicitors cannot make calls like this - again he started talking over me.  I ended the call telling him they would be visited - he said "fine - do whatever."  I wish these places would get put right out of business by the Feds.  Waste of all of our time.

This is a commercial solicitation.  They seem to be quite rude and uncooperative when you actually get a human being to talk to.

called this am for the second day straight. They had already hung up when I answered. I won't answer it again.

We keep getting these calls with the lady saying Good Bye, There automated system is not working to well

Got a call this afternoon from 561-465-4001 and my caller ID said Florida Call.  The girl asked for me by my first name (probably because she couldn't pronounce my last name) and I said what company are you calling from and she said Turn Key Auto Group and when I kept asking her what was this company she hung up.  Of course I will report this since I am on the Do Not Call List.

Left a message "in reference to the expired breakdown coverage on your vehicle."

Asked for me by my first name that I do not ever use so I knew it was not important.  Told him I was not home, he hung up.  Caller ID listed Boca Raton Fla with the number.  Jerks need to be prosecuted and jailed and some of these car warranty scammers would quit this stupid s..t.

Got a call from this number this afternoon.  Only rang three times before it went silent.  Caller ID showed "Unknown Name" but the number showed so I didn't answer.  Good thing I didn't judging on what I see here.

I've been on the DNC list for a long time too!  WTH??  Scumbag telemarketers can't even OBEY.. the DNC list.  If they break the law by calling you when you're on the list, they're an unlawful business. I have no time for them!

Got a computer phone call, nothing, then a woman says "goodbye".  Called the number back and got "John", was very rude, refused to identify who he represented and then wanted to get into a verbal fight over the phone.  What good is the do not call list if scumbags like this can continue to operate.  I have filed complaints in the past regarding the do not call list, but nothing is ever done, and in fact I have never received any information as to the results of my complaints.  Another government program that sounds good, but has no teeth.

This number has called me twice today. After reading these posts I won't call back. I am also on the "Do Not Call Registry" and have a block on Unavailable ID's but this number is able to get through both.

Recorded message from "Jason" at Turn Key Auto selling extended auto warranty. Had some of these a month or so back, once talked to a female who was pushy and nasty when I politely said I was ending the sales pitch. I guess they are starting up again.

It sounds to me like alot of people have nothing better to do than make complaints about a couple phone calls. So someone should really be put in jail for making a simple phone call? That's hysterical!!!!!!!!

I know life is too short to worry about 2 simple phone calls. These people need to find some friends.

This company appears to be another Warranty SCAM!!!! They DO NOT know their product!!! They sell policies as if it covers EVERYTHING. Not true!!! They do not take you off of the DO NOT CALL LIST when asked. When I received my policy via email I read the fine print and they do not explain the "FINE" print details. I strongly suggest you check out ALL policies before purchasing!!!!

Funny thing is i got a call from these guys 2 x and bought a policy for 2300  4 yrs of the ultimate coverage through EFG.  EFG been in business for 36 years and A+ rated by everyone in the world.  They are just brokers trying to make a buck selling policies for the administrators as explained to me.  I got my booklet and cards and know I have a legit policy.  Look it up everybody its called capitalism.  Enjoy your night

Auto-recording from Jason at Turnkey Autogroup regarding my "expired breakdown coverage."  Sorry "TheCarGuy14" above - if someone from an unknown business is calling regarding something they claim I supposedly already have or had, they're a scammer.

Got a call from Turnkey Auto Group with another extended warranty scam.  They are all pretty much the same and must share the same script.  They said their warranty is exactly the same as the manufacture's (complete lie).  They kept trying to get my credit card information to charge me a $289 activation fee without letting me see the contract or review it.  They said I should pay for it first, then they'd send it to me and I could get my money back if I didn't like it (complete Lie). There are tons of complaints on this scam operation--they won't give your money back.  This is a rip off. Stay away from them.  It's a scam.  If you get suckered into this, the chances of them ever paying for a repair are near zero.  I finally got a look at a "sample" contract. It's not a warranty and there are so many exclusions that it's practically worthless. SCAM SCAM SCAM
