Caller ID identified the name as one that I blocked a 1-800 number from the day before. Both numbers just hang-up.

when answer call; recording says please hold while I get an agent.  then some female says; hello, is Helen there?  When I respond that this is, Helen, they just stay on the line and say nothing.

This is now the sixth number that has called from the same STLCN.  They either hang up or leave a 'message' of silence on the machine. They call every day, multiple times, and it is a different number every time. They have 'SCAM' written all over them!

STLCN calls from many different numbers, many times a day.  Usually hangs up after two or three rings.  I dial back the number and it never connects.  Just hangs up.  I give up on answering when the caller ID comes up STLCN because it is so annoying.  No one on the other end even if I do answer.  Who the heck are these people??

Every 15 to 30 minutes they call and they call and they don’t answer I wish they were find out who is doing this because it’s annoying especially if you’re in the bathroom and you’re running to the phone and this happens what is society coming toFebruary need to get a life
