how come you submitted to U.S. Bank the said amount when I mentioned to you thru telephone I am not interested anymore how come you still bill me can you act as soon us possible as per advice by the Cardmember Service please call l-800-285-8585 to free me for the charges you are

I am a nun. Recently, my check card was credited with 11 calls. I'm calling the bank to report the fraud.

I CHECKED MY ON LINE BANK ACCOUNT TODAY TO FIND I HAD BEEN CHARGED OVER $20.00 FOR A TRANSACTION ON MY MAGICJACK PHONE THAT I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF.  IT OCCURRED AT 3AM LAST FRIDAY....I HAVE NEVER EVEN TALKED TO ANYONE FROM THIS NUMBER AND MY INTERNET SEARCH ON THIS NUMBER SAID IT WAS IN SOME STATE OUT WEST!  NOW I HAVE TO CALL MY BANK AND GET THAT CHARGE OFF MY CREDIT CARD AND FIND OUT HOW TO REPORT THEM FOR STEALING!

I just checked my bank statement and this number came up as a magic jack charge. I didn't do any transaction with them so I don't know how they got it. Canceled my account just for this charge. What a waste of my time and money!

We just had a charge to our credit card from this number.  Perhaps, someone from Magicjack is behind it to have all our credit card numbers.

This is the UNLISTED number for magicJack corporation.  They are crooks, and will steal your money.  When you try to get it back, you will find there is no one at this number, and no phone number listed for magicJack in any of their advertising on line or in any phone books.  I finally tracked down the CEO's office phone number.  It always goes to an answering machine, and he has never called me back.  What a jerk.  I found on line where he sold out to Wymax Communications.  I called them, but they claim they have nothing to do with the company and give you a phone number to call.  When you do, it is another answering machine with the same jerk's voice.  Again, no return call, ever.  I have tried the BBB and CoC, but no luck.  Since Wymax is a publicly traded (apparently crooked) company, I am contacting the SEC next.

With all the lawyers in FL so hungry they are now suing each other, I hope one will launch a class action soon.

The $20 charges are for AUTO-RENEWAL that you agree to in fine print when you buy your MJ!!

Auto renewal can be turned off, but you must sign in to my.magicjack.com to do it.  It's buried under one of the options - billing, I think.

This number is the number that shows on your credit card for MagicJack renewals.

this number belongs to Ymax Communications. Corp in Palm Beach, FL. I also got charged 20.91 on my credit card

No auto-renewal for me. And this number was used to bill my credit card for $11.04

I received a charge on my American Express that I did not make or order. Transaction date January 19th, 2012.

Wow, it seems like I'm not the only one who has the same problem. MJ charged my credit card for $31.39 with no reason, not to mention there's none of my credit card information was registered under my account. I wonder how MJ got it.

The information appears on my bank account shows "MAGICJACK.COM PHONE 561-594-2140 ,FL 33405".

Checking our statement today I found numerous charges for the phone number 561-594-2140. I do not have that phone number with Magic Jack. I just recently started the Magic Jack service and they are to charge me one fee annually. What is this about? I think someone else is making calls on my phone number and that is wrong. I am contacting Magic Jack to get the charges credited back to me.
If they do not I will cancel the Magic Jack and report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Now I am contacting the bank to tell them those charges do not belong to me.
What a mess just to save some money due to the economy...now WASTING time to fix A PROBLEM THEY HAVE....geez.

Yes, that is the same phone number on my banking statement too. Guess MJ isn't as safe as they say it is. Hope you fixed your problem. If you did, advise us how to do it ourselves. Thanks.
