called and left a message stating they were sending a complaint to the county court on a complaint this on my cell phone
they also called 2 other times. They also called my daughter leaving a similar message. I called them back
and they THEY WERE KANE AND ASSOC. After speaking to Victoria James White came on the phone
and started to abuse and threaten me stating they we going to sue me for A GE CAPITAL BALANCE I OWED
I asked them if hey were a collection agency and he said they were only the COMPANY THAT ADVISED OF
A PENDING HEARING. I SO ADVISE THEM THEY WERE IN VIOLATION OF PL 95-109 WHICH PROHIBITS
CALLS TO  A CELL PHONE AND ALSO PROHIBITS CALLS TO RELATIVE AND DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION.
I also advised them I will be filing suit against them and GE Capital for 5 counts of violation of pl 95 109
I further advise them this was a debt with a company that was disolved 14 years ago and at that them
the debt was in dispute with GE Capital.I also advised them never to contact or call me again because of
the above mentioned facts and if they do I will also add violation of the  statue of limitations ,abuse of a senior
and verteran

This outfit (caller ID read "Leonard Halzel") called to claim that Sams Club is filing a suit in Chicago for a $340 charge made by my ex husband in 1996. The caller claimed there is NO statute of limitation on debts (big, fat lie) and that because my social security number is on the paperwork, I'm responsible for my ex husband's debts (another lie.) She claimed that Sams Club will go to court and  if I don't show up in Chicago (400 miles away), that I'll be declared in default and my wages will be garnished. But if I was willing to pay them $300 right now, they would convince Sams Club not to file a lawsuit. What a crock!
