Wasn't home to Answer.  Have been getting other calls in Florida from #'s 561 682-4100 and 561-802-5283.
These calls are probably in regards to searches for Mortgage help.

However, if you are receiving calls from Collection Agencies, I have a letter that usually stops the calls.  You usually need to receive a statement letter to send this letter.  If you Answer the Call, here's the script I use:  "I don't discuss financial matters by phone, if you'll send me a statement, I promise I'll respond!"  

They will usually say you haven't responded previously etc.  Repeat the above message, and then say "Thank you, Good bye."  Click!  Keeps you from being harrassed and made to feel like a basket case, or in a heap on the floor in tears.

When you get a statement send this letter both Regular and Certified Mail.  You will need USPS form 3800
a green/white paper and a green card form 3811.  Your address goes on the back of green card for return Delivery confirmation receipt WITH name of person who signed for the letter and the date.    The cost is approx. $5.50-5.65 but worth it to get delivery confirmation with the name and signature of person who signed and received the letter as a representative for their company.  Any additional questions can be directed to me at tlcpetmommy@gmail.com.  I am not an Attorney, but have taken paralegal classes and have represented myself in several collection lawsuits.  I can tell and teach you what has worked for me.

However, this 3rd Notice is to again confirm that I do not wish to be contacted again by you, including but not limited to,  parents, divisions, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, successors, and assigns, as well as its respective offices, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, agents, attorneys, insurers; and that you are hereby put on Notice to Cease Communication pursuant to 15 USC Section 1692c(c). Failure to comply with said Notice, shall result in a complaint filed and submitted to the Federal Trade Commission, and possible legal remedies in an appropriate United States District Court.

In addition, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, I am not waiving my right, to dispute the alleged debt asserted herein, but at this time I am under no obligation to respond,
