If these are indeed debt collectors arent they obligated by law to give you all the information that you request related to the debt? Also, I am just curious if someone has ever really got a visit at their home or place of employment like they say? I also got a call from this number and I have never dealt with On line Loans.

I also got a threatening call from an Eric Brown that stated that he could only wish me luck if I didn't call him back. Just out of curiosity- has anyone gotten a visit at their home or place of employment?

I received a phone call from this number last week and this week they called from (347)841-6902 and it is a number from NYC and it is a SKYPE number saying my I am being sued for $5600. and that Federal Investigators will be here at 1100 tomorrow to give me the paperwork and they will go to my place of employment tomorrow.I am turning this over to the proper authorities. The person that was supposedly the caller is always busy and that one of her supervisors talked to me and the names are Niccole Allen,the first supervisor that I spoke to said that I cant interrupt him and his name isJason Kennedy,and the second one that I spoke to is Alex Walker and they told me I have a half hour to get a criminal Lawyer.

Got a call from this number earlier today, but I knew it was a scam before they got too far into the conversation.  I told them that I knew this was a scam and hung up.  They called me back 15 times, all times I hung up.  I finally blocked it from my phone.  I also got this same call from another number 816-395-0000  Really wish someone could do something about these creeps!

i just rec'ed the same call and they said the exact same to me.  i spent alot of time before i realized it was a scam just closed all my account etc what a mess

I had a call from this number. I instantly did not believe them. I asked for his number, his name and then his supervisors name. They even went as far to put me through to his supervisor who was rude and did not provide me with any information why they were calling. He even started to get mad at me because I was asking so many questions. I searched for their company online and the two names that they had given me...couldn't find them anyway...not surprised. They gave me the names Jason Kennedy and Edward Smith.

I just got a call from a Ron Warner, with a middle eastern accent, whom says I also owe a payday loan, but he could not tell me which one, only that it was from last year.  He says it was for $300 but that now I owe 1200.00 and if I don't pay it they will be suing me for 5400.23 and that someone will be coming to my house on Monday to arrest me and that court is at 11:00am.  I asked him for proof of this in writing which he will not provide.  He did have the last four of my ss# along with the last four of my bank acct# and the name of my bank.  Now I have had a payday loan in the past and so I went through all my statements and was not able to find a $300 deposit.  I'm not sure how they got my phone number because it is unlisted, not sure what to do about this~!~ I am very tired of all this, I have had several other calls like this and yes to my employer also.  Isn't there something that can be done?????

Got a call from "Kevin Parker" at my job number and was told to call him back immediately at 646-397-8528.  "Kevin" had a real heavy middle eastern accent.  After many attempts to reach "Kevin" thru many other "Lawyers" that answered the phone when the automated system didn't, he stated he was from the Dept of Corporate Affairs and that I needed to hire a lawyer regarding a criminal case.  He would not give me any information as to who, what, where, when, why or how this criminal case against me came to be.  I knew is was a lie because I am no criminal.  Also when speaking to him I stated that there is alot of background noise and he sounded like he is in a telemarketing company.  Denial, denial, denial....but "oh, we need a little information from you to bring up the account".  Meanwhile, IF they were legit, then they would not have needed my personal info - which I did not give.  I told them that I am reporting them to the US Dept of Consumer Affairs for fraud in which I was immediately hung up on.

I have been receiving the exact same phone calls..from a Susan White. Obviously a scam. They threatened and asked the name of my attorney saying I have 3 counts of fraud and being sued for $5484.87.... Kinda weird other people are being "sued" for the EXACT same amount. These people must really think Americans are stupid! I filed a complaint with the attorney general of my state. The only think I'm worried about is that they had a lot of personal info.... We will see what happens I guess. AYEH***S!

I've been receiving phone calls from #718-971-5766 stating i would be arrested and my attorney needed to call them because of a payday loan i never took out. they had the last four digits of my social. i asked for the name of their company and address. they gave me BCA law firm located at 42 broadway 5th fl Ny NY 10004. of course thats incorrect so i kept calling and demanding the correct info. he blocked my number and another number i called from, lol. he told me he would report me for harrasement, i told him to do it. its been going on every six months for 2 years.
