There could be a much larger network under http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/busines ... a-raton-fl-8195 and website http://www.bluegreenvacations.com/home they work facilities like Bass Pro Shop, having 4500 associates wonder how many call centers that equates to? read some complaints under their BBB report then read the companies BS excuses. see https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-858-524-4822/2#p730256423920012316

    Sept 29, 2014

I received a voice message from Liza Doz at 561-829-2349 from the company Travglove stating that I won 5 days/4 nights  from the form I filled out at Nipa Hut in Orlando Florida. Just to call 561 829 2349 x 737 and listen to the voice recording by the Directory of the company. As I listened to the recorder I was told that I can upgrade for 7 nights with Bahamas Celebrity Cruise..2 nights back and forth in the cruise and 5  nights at Wyndam Viva Resort in Bahamas all inclusive. All I have to do is pay the standard fee of $59/day. Also mentioned that I will be responsible to my flight and other taxes and they have nothing to do with Time Share like other company in Orlando Florida.  I don't know if this is even legitimate.

I entered to win this in a bar and grill in Florida on vacation. I got a call saying I had won and to call the number using ext 727 for details. Called today and spoke to a woman named Evette about the trip. Has anyone actually taken the trip? 7 days. Cruise to the Bahamas overnight then stay and the viva wyndam 5 days 4 nights and cruise back overnight stay on the ship. Yes there are some fees but honestly $1,000 to go to the Bahamas doesn't sound bad to me..... I am sure it would cost a lot more without the free things they are offering. Would love to hear from someone that has actually went???????

Hey, I received a similar phone call for a raffle that I won. I was just wondering if you decided to take the trip or not. I am not sure if I should do it or not. Any feedback that you have would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

I won a free vacation at travglobe. I agreed to put the payment down for 99 bucks to hold the vacation I did not agree to the other 5 transactions or however many there were that came in though I was so upset to have such an expensive free vacation and I am still trying to get a refund on everything and cancel the trip all together I had to leave a voicemail with management its very hard to get anything beyond a trip out of them. DONT DO IT

I got the same call today, but have been very skeptical. What other charges are they adding to yours? I was under the impression that you had to pay $69/per person/per day for resort fees, $69/per person/per way for administration fees, and $29/person/booking fee, plus port fees, administrative fees, tips, etc.

I received a call from them today and they left a voicemail. The lady was very nice but I was very skeptical as well. So, I called back asking about it and she pulled up my information and we spoke for a minute and she had me listen to their recording; she asked if I wanted to go ahead and claim the vacation but she also said that if I wanted to think about it, that I could call her back. so, I went back a listened to the recording at least five times, trying find a loop whole or something that refer differently than something that was said earlier. I went ahead and claimed the vacation because I had three days to do so. I had to pay $39 for the website, so I could start it (still being skeptical but you never know lol). For the package I was told I am being offered, I get a cruise ride to the Grand Bahama Islands but the cruise isn't free there is a $69 fee, to take the cruise there and $69 for the cruise to bring me back at the end of my trip. She also said that Since they don't pay sales taxes or anything in the Bahamas area, that I needed to pay $119 when boarding the cruise. So far, everything is straight forward and not a word has changed about the original offer. I also get to choose from three different hotels. When I book my cruise I have the option to choose what cabin, I've noticed that if I were to change anything for an upgrade at least, "upgrade fee may apply", is always typed at the very end of the descriptions. So, this is my first experience with a scam (if it is a scam). But I have the same question, I havn't been able to find any dirt on this "free" cruise. Also, note, they didn't say the whole vacation was free, like, I pay for little things. Hopefully, its not a scam but I guess we'll see!

I entered my husband and I at Jimmy's Big Burger in Grand Prairie, TX. It said free Bahamas vacation (I assumed, naturally that flights and fees were not free and entered anyway). Has anyone actually taken the trip? I'm with you, Excited. I added up passport fees, port fees, 69.00 x 4, admin, flights and everything and it was a little under 1,000.00. I don't mind paying that at all, but will I get to go? The resort is free, you have to pay for everything else, basically. That's a cheap vacation all in all. If anyone has gone PLEASE post something for the rest of us. I used a prepaid card so that I could just cancel it and get another one if its really a scam...
