Caller ID says KYP Support Services.  Look at - http://www.kypsupportservices.org/ for info.  They have only called me once but if they continue and it becomes a problem- I will pay them a visit.

It was a pain to run this guys personal information down.
First, I called just to verify if the number is correct. It is, it does go to a place called KYP Financial Services, as the person on the phone said: "A not-for-profit corporation." So they're hiding under the proviso that their robocall system is legal inasmuch as it is a non-profit and not covered by the ban.

Already called the FTC, and FL's Atty General. Apparently the AttyG office was surprised to hear that they are hiding under a non-profit cover so they'll hopefully be looking into this.

Haven't had any luck hunting them down through the corporate registry yet. I dont think any one company has pissed me off like these folks have. Well, neck-and-neck with Dish Network.

I kind of felt for it and they are now asking for $ at front and then a monthly payment untill they case is solved. I don' t have a good feeling about this. Please advise

I don't know about any rip-off by these people. They are actually the only people that were able to help me save my home. It took about 7 months, but I recieved a great modification by them as well as help getting me a job.I guess some people just like to stir up trouble because that all they have to do with their day. I recomend this company to anyone that needs, or wants the help that they offer. The money I spent was well worth it, and it is "TAX DEDUCTABLE". No bank offered me any help until I was three months late, and then their offer would have put me deeper into debt. That's if I didn't loose my home by then. I recomended all the people I know in my church to go to them. I suggest that you put your faith in God and let him show you the right path as he did for me.

Went to sunbiz.org it is not the same company that is being investigated...The officers and name is different, but still those calls are really annoying...

Yes, I got that call and went and met with one of them. Just did not like their terms (1750.00 for legal and 550.00 monthly membership). Too much for a "non profit" agency.
   They are at 4600 S Dixie Hwy.  No sign on exterior.

#2.- We are exempt from telemarketing laws, since we are a non profit.

#3.- We have a 100% money back guarantee.

#4.- We are not associated with Keep Your Property inc. It is a totally different company. Go to sunbiz.org and look at the name of the officers, we are now on the process of changing names so there is no association whatsoever with that other co. People like that give this business and honest people a bad name. If the co. is a not a not profit, or an Attorney in the State Of Florida most likely is a scam. We are a non profit and we assign legal counsil.

#5.- We are the only co. that really helps people and get results Long Term.

#6.- That client justin, is a real life loser, i met with him, and all he wants to do is stay in his home without paying, he is not looking for a solution, we do not want clients like that, we want to find solutions for the community. That is not his real name by the way. He could not look at me in the eyes when speaking.  

#7.- We have about 3 radio shows, from Radio Lobo, Vision, and Novelle.

#8.- We have help client save their houses from foreclosure even after the sale of the house has been made in the courthouse.

#9.- Most of our clients come from referrals, and we can show samples of all the modifications we have done.

#10.- Our attorneys have clean records from the Bar, www.floridabar.com we are regulated by State Of Florida and IRS.

Finally, most of the people in this blog are people that annoyed by our marketing department phone calls, and i can understand that, but a lot of the big accusation are from the disgruntal employees that got FIRED, and they are spreading missinfurmation, they know for a fact kyp inc and kyp support services are different companies, they just want to get back at managment! And the reason they got fired in the first place is because we are very very complient on how files are work, how you talk to the client, and the level of professionalisim expected. Legitimate companies don't market this way, by violating the TCPA law, and do thing like keep pestering honest people after they are told to STOP CALLING.

Attorneys (real ones anyway) don't engage in cold-calling to generate business because that's a violation of professional ethics in every U.S. state and lawyers who violate it will get their license pulled.

Finally, legitimate companies don't put up posts on 800notes protesting "we're not a scam" because legitimate companies DON'T HAVE TO ... only SCAMMERS do this.

KYP is a total scam and should be investigated.  "Non Profit" company, professioal employee's???  Do a background check on Joe Konceptin and see what kind of person he is and his employees as well.  If they were actually doing their job they would not have so much time to spend on a web site defending themselves.  I give KYP 1 more year...tops before they are shut down.  DO NOT give this company your hard earned money.  You should always be careful before signing up with a company that wants a monthly fee.  That encourages them to sit on your file and collect your monthly payment and to keep you out of trouble just enough so they can keep collecting your monthly payments.  They also take a large upfront fee as well.  They are not even on the BBB.

Check FCC regulations it is illegal for anyone, even non profits, to use automated dialers to call cellphones.
A PERSON working for a non Profit can call a cellphone if invited by the OWNER of the cellphone.
And by law you have to give people a way to get off your list permanently, you do not!!!!!
I have filed my 20th complaint with the Florida State Attorneys office against your company and it's practices. I recommend everyone does the same until they are shutdown or start to comply with the law.
